Cet appartement de 98 m² bénéficie d'une localisation centrale et d'une excellente luminosité. Au premier étage, il dispose de trois chambres : une avec lit double (160×200), une avec deux lits simples (80×200) et une troisième avec lit double (150×190). L'espace de vie comprend un séjour avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, plaque vitro, réfrigérateur 200 l) et télévision. Deux salles d'eau complètent l'ensemble : une salle de douche avec WC et une salle de bains avec WC et lave-linge.
Les services inclus comprennent le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, tapis de bain), le chauffage fuel, l'accès à un local à skis et un local VTT. Un parking couvert (hauteur 2,10 m) se situe à 200 m. La gare routière est à 600 m, la gare SNCF à 30 km et l'aéroport de Genève à 90 km. Multipass Été 2026 inclus.

Our family of 5 (kids 16, 7 and 6) visited Morzine over Easter holidays. Apartment is exactly as described with 3 comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the appliences family needs (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, full oven etc). Location right in the centre of Morzine means that you can walk easily to both main gondolas/ski lifts (Morzine & Avoriaz); shops and restaurants. You can hear happy party goera only from the living room/kitchen as bedrooms face away from the main road.
Parking is in walking distance and we didn't need the car whole week. There is 2.1m hight restriction for carpark, so we had to take our roofbox off. There is safe storage space for your skis / bikes and extra bits (such as roofbox).
Hosts are officient, kind and ready to help. Appartment is above their offices so there is always someone ready to help.
We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back.

Large, clean, well furnished apartment in the center of Morzine. Close to both lifts and bus stop for the ski buses just outside. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Terrace with a good view over the main street.

Perfect for our needs.
Great location. A few minutes walk to Pleney and Super Morzine gondolas. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Large, spacious apartment that suited our family well. Two adults with two grown up kids.
