Ce duplex récemment rénové offre un cadre idéal pour 8 personnes avec ses 3 chambres (lits 160x200) et 3 salles de bains. Un canapé-lit 140x190 complète l'offre pour les invités supplémentaires. La cuisine entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur américain, micro-ondes, cafetière et machine à café Dolce Gusto) ouvre sur un vaste espace de vie. Depuis la grande terrasse, la vue sur la mer est l'atout majeur du lieu.
Le duplex bénéficie d'une connexion en fibre optique, de la climatisation et d'une machine à laver pour votre confort. Vous disposez d'un parking privé et profitez de la piscine commune ouverte toute l'année. Implanté dans le parc sécurisé de la Baie Orientale, il permet l'accès direct à la plage. Commerces et restaurants se situent à proximité immédiate. Le ménage et le linge sont inclus pour 6 personnes ; des ménages supplémentaires sont disponibles en option. Une citerne d'eau assure le confort en cas de perturbation réseau.

We enjoyed our week stay here in St Martin! We have previously stayed at this residence and jumped on the opportunity to stay here again. We were a party of 7 (5 adults and two children) and all fit in very comfortably. The balcony was a favorite spot to enjoy breakfast every morning. The residence is in an area that we are very familiar with and love to come back to. It’s easy access to the beach and multiple beach bars right along the ocean. We loved having almost all of dinners down in the village. The home was very clean and easily accessible in the village. We would all stay here again!

Wonderful memories in a comfortable spot!
Love the location of our rental, in walking distance to restaurants, stores and beach! The view was lovely. There was a bag of ice and a few beers waiting in the refrigerator. On the first day we had a leak in one of the bathrooms and one of the toilets didn’t flush. They were both repaired in a timely fashion. There was an iron and beach towels were provided which was appreciated. The beds were pretty comfortable and the air conditioning units keep our unit pleasant.
Cooking pans need to be replaced. Only one good pan. The rest were all scratched up with coating peeling off. Plenty of wine glassed but only three rock glasses. It would have been great and to have a hand juicer, we enjoy making craft cocktails. We asked to get directions on how to use the three TVs but no reply. 10 days with out watching the news is not a bad thing. It would have been helpful to have English written directions on how to use the appliances. Several lightbulbs were out. An ironing board cover would have been nice. The pool could use a few more lounge chairs, but the beach is where you really want to be.
