Description : Eden – Duplex face mer, piscine 3 bassins à Saint-Martin
Ce duplex confortable conjugue vue mer panoramique et aménagements pratiques. Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine équipée ouvre sur le salon-salle à manger, où vous pourrez profiter de la vue. La première chambre dispose d'un lit king size (200x200) avec accès direct à la terrasse, complétée d'une salle de bain privée. À l'étage, une deuxième chambre accueille un lit queen size (160x200). Le plafond cathédrale caractérise l'ensemble du duplex et en souligne l'élégance.
L'appartement bénéficie de tous les équipements essentiels : climatisation, cuisine avec micro-ondes et four, lave-linge, internet, télévision. La résidence met à votre disposition une piscine commune de 3 bassins ouverte de 8h à 18h, face à la Baie Orientale, ainsi qu'un parking non nominatif. Ménage et linge sont inclus. Des prestations optionnelles complètent votre séjour sur demande : ménages supplémentaires, lits bébé ou kits textile additionnels.

Loved the view, hearing the waves and watching the iguanas/lizards hanging out in the gutter on the balcony roof.
Very difficult to find on arrival in the dark as no signs identifying building numbers or names and parking lot not easy to find or close to the unit. Also unit next door being renovated so loud drilling happening on and off on weekdays. Lost power and wifi one morning for a few hours but I guess that isn’t uncommon there. No folding chairs to take to the beach and only one lounge chair on the balcony had a cushion.
Amazing view and being able to hear the ocean waves from the balcony.

Dishwasher and Beach Chairs
The unit was fantastic and the view, unbeatable. Mustafa was so friendly, communicative and accommodating. When we had 2 small issues, he was prompt to resolve them, without hesitation. Two things that would be an improvement for the rental -
1. a dishwasher - the description of the apartment on your website listed a dishwasher as one of the amenities, but we were disappointed to discover that there actually was no dishwasher. Cooking local ingredients is one of the things we enjoy while on vacation - we were looking forward to having a dishwasher as washing everything by hand, while on vacation, is no fun at all.
2. Beach chairs - would be a great addition to the unit in - order to enjoy some of the remote beaches that don't have any services.
Other that that, we thoroughly enjoyed the unit and our stay. Thank you!
