Not the best experience... : We recently stayed at this apartment and appreciated the spacious layout, which was great for our group. However, for the premium rate of €414/night, we expected a higher standard of comfort, maintenance, and accuracy in the listing.

Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our stay:

- There was no hot water the first night, so no one in our group could shower.

- Only one of the three bedrooms had air conditioning. The other two had only fans—one of which didn’t work. The listing states that the unit has air conditioning but does not clarify that it’s limited to just one bedroom, living room and kitchen, which we found misleading, especially in warm weather.

- Both shower heads had issues: one barely functioned, and the other came apart mid-shower.

- A window shade in one of the bedrooms didn’t work so couldn't be pulled down at all.

- The luggage rack couldn’t support any weight, and the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work.

- Amenities were lacking: no paper towels, no regular drinking glasses (only wine glasses), and just a single mini hand soap per bathroom as part of "green environment packet" —no shampoo or shower gel, which are typically standard at this price point.

- Beds were very firm and not particularly comfortable, but if you like firm, that may be OK.

- This apartment is right on a busy street. For the back two bedrooms, the street noise was loud at night due to the first-floor location—something not disclosed in the listing.

- The location wasn’t as convenient as described

Location was okay, it was close to a metro. There is enough space for 8 people. There is a busy road next to the appartement which can be an issue for the 2 rooms with a window next to the road. Not all rooms had airco, so it can get hot. The appartment also needs some maintenance, one of the showers really needs to be replaced. The kitched also had a lot of uneven doors, which looked a bit messy. Communication was quick and to the point, checking in and out was easy.

Had a great stay here. Some nice restaurants nearby; very walkable to the old town and Turia Gradens. Host met us at 1am to check in as we had a late flight. This did cost us an extra 50EUROS in cash but we appreciated the host checking us in in-person so late. The host was responsive on messages and friendly when we arrived. Check out was easy. Everything went well with our stay. The property is on a main road so earplugs for nighttime traffic noise may help if you're a light sleeper.
