Our stay in appartment At the ruzafa 5 : The appartment had a lot of space! With 8 people it was very Nice!
The bedrooms were great and the beds are very good!
The apartment was very clean.
A tip: It was a little bit noisy sturing our stay, because at 12.00pm They are doing a renovation in a appartement of store below. So we didnt sleep very well.
And we are missing some cleaning stuff: a tea towel, hand sweeper and dustpan, broom. to clean the apartment in between. otherwise we have a nice stay!

Four to Five Stars The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Valencia, with spacious living areas and inviting furnishings. The bedrooms vary in size, and there some visible wear and tear on the materials. Overall well managed and maintained apartment. One Star: The elevator is designed for a maximum of 4 people, and those who choose to use the stairs should be prepared for over 70 steps. Unfortunately, almost all the lights in the stairwell were broken, making it pitch dark without mobile lighting. What greatly angered me was the handling of the security deposit. I handed over €500 in cash to Ilaria and subsequently signed the contract. She even crossed out the deposit amount in the contract. However, Ilaria did not show up on Sunday during check-out, and we had to catch our flight. Suddenly, nobody knows anything about the deposit, and the money was never returned to me. Managerin handled the situation very poorly, which was most disappointing to me.

In the middle of the center of Valencia witch is a beautiful location.Elevator was small but working fine. Main living was nice and kitchen was well equipped.Some small point for attention:1 bedroom does not have a cupboard for your clothing

Check-in and check-out was not very smooth but otherwise great host, lovely apartment in a great area of the city, very clean and nicely furnished.

Lovely apartment in great location.We were 6 adults and it was ample space.Good communication in the lead up, easy check in/out.Given the central location it was a bit loud and some of us didn’t sleep that well, so bring ear plugs.Showers weren’t great, weak water pressure and a couple of the overhead showers didn’t work/we had to use the handheld ones which isn’t great for the apartment price.Pics of apartment are pretty accurate, the living space is big and comfortable to chill out in.Kitchen had decent amenities although no salt/pepper/oil/kitchen towel. All in all I would recommend this place if a few little touches were made to improve it.
