Wij verbleven hier een week met 6 personen.Het is een heerlijk ruim huis: de woonkamer en de slaapvertrekken zijn fijn, reuzegrote inloopkast, overal airco, 2 badkamers, 3 wc’s.Een groot pluspunt is het zwembad in de tuin!Aan de achterkant van het huis zijn ook tuintjes op beide verdiepingen, waar je bv kunt zitten als het erg warm is.Het huis heeft geen speciaal uitzicht, maar van daaruit kun je vele uitstapjes maken!Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Die Preisleistung passt nicht. Wie haben das Haus aufgrund der Mikrowelle , Hochstuhl und Reisebett gebucht, da wir mit Baby gereist sind. Als wir ankamen, war die Vermieterin überrascht, das wir mit Baby da sind (obwohl wir so gebucht haben) . Den Hochstuhl und die Mikrowelle gab es nicht und für das Reisebett hatten wir kein Spannbetttuch. Außerdem konnte sie nur italienisch sprechen. Bei dem Kautionsrückgabetermin hat sie sich nicht an Zeiten gehalten und auch nicht Bescheid gegeben, geschweige denn sich endschuldigt, dass sie 2 Stunden später kam. Wie hatten den Eindruck, dass die Besitzer zeitweise dort wohnen, da Bekleidungen und Schulbücher zu finden waren. Auf dem Etagenbett lag ein Slip.

Das Ferienhaus hat wirklich alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Es könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein beziehungsweise wenn ich das Ferienhaus für eine bestimmte Anzahl an Gästen vermiete, dann benötigt man auch für alle die Grundausstattung. Einige Male hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Hausbesitzer nur kurz ausgezogen sind.😉 Der Pool war sauber. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir waren zufrieden.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Starting with the fact that the owner said that the check-in time had to be moved and that we could only arrive at 8 pm and, having agreed, upon arrival we did not find even a bottle of water or toilet paper in the house. Instead, we found a complete lack of cleanliness: dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a very dirty oven, a washing machine covered in black mold from the inside, old unwashed towels in the closet, unwashed toilets and a carpet that smelled of dog urine. On the positive side, 2 days later they finally brought a new washing machine, towels and bed linen. We had to clean the house ourselves, and we had to buy a bucket, mops and all the household chemicals ourselves. After that, it turned out that the water in the pool did not meet the standards and had a too low pH level. After asking the person who looked after the pool to adjust the pH level, he added some product to the water, after which it became cloudy and green, after which it became completely impossible to swim for 5 days. Please also note that the property of this house is not the 2 floors that can be seen in the photo posted on the website, but only the first floor above ground, and the second, underground, one bedroom has no windows, or rather has a window that looks directly onto the underground wall of the pool. The second, upper floor of the house, which can be seen in the photo, belongs to other people who, according to the owners, do not live there, but in fact it turned out that they do live there from time to time and we met them. In addition, there is no air conditioning on the lower, underground floor and the room without a window is quite stuffy, even in October. And on top of that, right across the street, a few days later, some construction began, very noisy. Finally, despite the fact that I asked to be given the opportunity to check out a little later (since check-in was 4 hours later than usual) and I was told that we had to leave the house at exactly 10 am, on the day of check-out the owner did not answer calls and text messages for an entire hour, we waited exactly until 11, and after all, we left, locking the house and taking the keys with us. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry to catch a plane. An absolutely negative experience, I hope the owner will keep the house in better condition in the future and someone will be luckier.

The lady that was checking us in was very nice. She was trying her best even though she had little English. Living room and kitchen were well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms were very nice and spacious but there was no air conditioning and room under the patio had no air flow and was so hot. The only air conditioner was located in living room. Swimming pool is beautiful but. On the first day there was so much chemicals in causing eye irritation, skin irritation and jewelry damage. So our overall experience is good but it could be better if some changes will be made.
