Maison de caractère authentique avec jardin, à 10 km de Vendôme. 3 chambres, mezzanine, cheminée, barbecue et tous équipements. Idéal famille.
Maison indépendante restaurée de caractère, idéale pour les familles. Au rez-de-chaussée : séjour/salon, cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle), une chambre avec 4 lits de 0,90 m, salle de bains avec baignoire à l'ancienne et WC privatif. À l'étage : mezzanine avec lit d'appoint, deux chambres supplémentaires (lits 1,60 m et 1,80 m), salle d'eau avec WC. Lit bébé et chaise bébé à disposition.
La maison dispose d'un jardin avec terrasse, salon de jardin et barbecue. Chauffage et internet inclus. Parking privé. À proximité : Vendôme à 10 km, golf rural à 20 km, Château des énigmes à 20 km. Draps inclus ; ménage final en option (110 €).
Note : le bois pour la cheminée n'est pas inclus, et la recharge de véhicule électrique n'est pas autorisée.

Jo le 12/10/2025We enjoyed our visit to the Loire area and thank our hosts very much. : Excellent location with many attraction of the Loire within 45mins by car.
Hosts are a hard working farming couple and although we could not communicate brilliantly, we managed with the odd English and French words and sign language. We enjoyed the ambience of the old farmhouse which is truly unique. Very good central heating system. Very comfortable beds and large lounge area. The cooker is excellent, 5 calor gas rings and a large electric oven. Calor gas with all 5 rings on worked very well.
The owners are aware of difficulty with the cistern on the downstairs toilet, it was continually running. The upstairs shower was continuously dripping cold water from the shower mixer. Think the problem is due to lime scale and it affected the temperature - the water was slightly too hot.
The kitchen area, whilst functional, could be improved and would benefit from new pots with fitting lids and basic cooking items eg salt, pepper, some herbs/spices, oil.

We highly recommend this property. The house is exceptionally beautiful. It was built in the 1800's and has many features that are special: old wooden beams and fire places, lovely old doors, a cellar, a pretty staircase and skylights which give privacy in bedrooms while still giving lots of light. There is also a gorgeous garden. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming to us. They helped us with everything we needed with enthusiasm and were incredibly patient when we spoke French! They were the kindest and best hosts we have ever had and we have travelled a LOT!
