Buenos días! Al departamento le estaría faltando algún detalle de la cocina. Pava eléctrica, Jarra para el agua, igualar los platos, las tazas y los vasos. Por lo demás es correcto.

Appartement en bon état, dommage qu'à l'enregistrement nous ayons oublié d'appeler avant d'arriver et nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes pour qu'ils viennent nous enregistrer. Mais c'était notre faute.La piscine et le solarium étaient impeccables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous reviendrons !

We have just returned from Barcelona and our stay in a MySpace apartment in Gracia. Perfect location for us. Easy walking distance for Park Guèll, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo and also only 3 minute walk to Joanic metro station which can take you straight to Barceloneta beach station. We had good working air con which was welcome in August! Kitchen had everything we needed and there was a washing machine and clothes airer on the terrace which is handy when travelling as a family. Just a couple of small things to note. The bannister was a little broken (screw had come out the wall), could still be used but made it unsteady for the children to use. Also the terrace had someone else's washing hanging up on the airer and a couple of old Starbucks cups. Not too much of an issue but it meant that the area hadn't been checked before our arrival. We used the communal pool once during our 4 day stay. Maintenance men were there the other time we tried to use it. Overall wd st

Een mooi en proper appartement in een leuke en hippe buurt in Barcelona. Het appartement ligt dichtbij een metrostation en maakt de stad zo heel bereikbaar! Het appartement zelf is super proper en echt zo als op de foto’s! Het enige minpuntje is dat je pech kan hebben met je buren en dat er heel veel lawaai is ‘s nachts, maar hier kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niets aan doen! Een top appartement op een geweldige locatie! Een aanrader! 🧡

Bueno equipamiento de cocina y lavadora. Propietarios muy amables. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un bonito pub con gente muy amable. También hay un pequeño mercado para comprar productos alimenticios.

The apartment was very central. There was lots of space for a family of 4, with sofas and table on 3 levels and 2 separate bedrooms. It was extremely hot in Barcelona but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool. There was a lift inside the building to the appartment.

We loved this place! It was definitely spacious, clean, and had A/C, and the pool which was really important to us! The walk is about 20-25 minutes to all the sites in the area.

Our apartment was clean, cozy, modernized and quiet. It was also 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. The private was also great with a lovely view! The company staffs were nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the great experience :)

This appartment is perfect for your Barcelona holiday! The bright and clean appartment is at the 2 floor but there is a proper and conveniant lift . The whole experience of this rental was 5 star!. The landlord was very helpfull and we really enjoyed our stay!. The restaurants in the neighbourhood was good. There is also a very good bakery near the building. The location is excellent!

Fantastic Apartment!


This is our last day / night of a 7 night stay in Gracia Holiday Pool and we have had a fantastic time. The apt is in the area of Garcia that has an abundance of fresh food markets, cafes, restaurant's, quirky shops, and has a very bohemian vibe about that would suit all age groups.

The apartment is very well equipped and is a really nice comfortable space to relax in at the end of a day spent sightseeing.

The shared roof terrace is a nice place to have lunch or dinner if you chose to prepare your own food which we did on a few occasions.

We had apt on main road that can be very noisy, but they do have other apts facing gardens. Would we stay here again...definitely!

Estuve con una compañera de Esade en un apartamento mas de 2 meses porque vine a un programa de estudios.


Quiero destacar lo mas importante de este edificio de apartamentos:


-Son pocos apartamentos muy bien situados y céntricos.


Apartamentos muy centricos y cómodos


-Cómodos y muy funcionales


-Perfectamente comunicados, con el centro de barcelona, la playa, Pedralbes.


-Un lujo lo de la piscina y muy buen ambiente con el resto de apartamentos, gente joven y todo muy cuidado y limpio.


-El trato con con los propietarios muy bueno, y muy dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.


-Wiffi de calidad


-La Zona de Gracia es preciosa, plazas, mercados, gente joven, muchas tiendas y restaurantes!!!


Muy recomendable para otros estudiantes que quieran pasar unos meses en Barcelona!!!

The apartment was ideally located in a quiet residential area surrounded by local shops and within a very easy walk to a metro station and a taxi rank. The apartment was modern and spacious and the air conditioning was wonderful, the dishwasher and washing machines were a real asset but there were some issues around attention to detail; no coat hangers, insufficient cutlery and crockery, ample towels but no tea towels & what the do about rubbish. We had some difficulty locating the swimming pool so more precise instructions would be useful, but it was a great amenity. We would definite be happy to return one day.

A very comfortable small two bedroom apartment that was suitable for our needs. Though we didn't use the communal pool the private roof terrace was much appreciated. The locality of Gracia immersed us into Barcelona lifestyle in an instant
