Booked this apartment as accommodation for a hen do. On arrival, the first impression is apartment is noticeably immaculately clean. There is general wear and tear seen in terms of scuffs on walls etc. but definitely no cleanliness issue. Advertised as a 10 bed apartment but no sheets left for “sofa bed” which also seemed to be none existent. There is a lack of a full length mirror and also no bathroom floor towels. Would advise bringing toilet roll as no extras provided. Did not use / need to use swimming or cooking facilities so cannot comment on this. Apartment comes with a noise level monitor, probably not ideal for large groups like ourselves and conflicting when advertised for such large parties as a group of 10, will, undoubtedly, cause noise. Location is close to a metro station but also in an area where tourists may not be welcome as seen scratched onto the door to apartment “tourists go home.” Communication can be delayed with host but the virtual key for the apartment, through your mobile phone is a game changer! Lovely apartment overall, just lacked attention to detail. Please also note that property ask for a 400 security deposit which we did not realise ahead of booking but was swiftly refunded after stay.

I'm probably not the best person to ask for a review. This was my first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel room. I was very pleased that you were able to accomodate our request for a late checkout.

Very good location, we apperciated that metro, Sagagrada Famillia, Park Guel, supermarket were really close. Nice surroudings, shops.
Really nice appartment, perfect for our group.
We just missed equipment for clean the appartment (e.g. Broom), also toillette paper was not sufficient for 9 person, and we missed user manual for the owen, heating. Nothing dramatic, but it would be nice to have.

Una vera casa lontano da casa nel cuore di Barcellona. Questo duplex con piscina e terrazza è semplicemente eccezionale. La piscina offre una pausa rilassante e la terrazza è il luogo perfetto per godersi il panorama. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel design del duplex e i servizi forniti rendono il soggiorno indimenticabile.

Definitely the best place to stay in Gracia. This duplex with pool and terrace is an architectural gem. The pool provides a refreshing escape, and the terrace offers a lovely space to relax. The comfort and style of the duplex make every moment a unique experience in Barcelona. Highly recommended!

All the interactions with My Space Barcelona were very efficient , friendly and helpful. I booked the apartment for my daughter and some friends. The apartment was exactly as billed on the web site , and excellent in every way location, cleanliness, comfort and value for money. I would definitely recommend the apartment and My Space - 5 Star all round !!

We were very impressed with the quality of the flat. Very spacious, high quality fittings, lovely shower and comfortable beds. Made to feel very welcome by the staff at My Space Barcelona. The pool looked good, . It has wifi, bluetooth music, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. Excellent standard!

Un très bel appartement dans un bon quartier. Il est situé très près du métro, mais beaucoup de choses sont également faciles à atteindre à pied si vous aimez vous promener. L'appartement lui-même était super propre. Les lits et la salle de bains étaient superbes aussi. C'était une très bonne expérience.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with this company. Before booking the apartment, the staff was nice and friendly, always eager to help us solve all our questions and concerns; they even helped us book a transfer that waited for us while we did the check in at the office. The apartment was lovely and comfortable for our party, as we were 8 adults. The common areas were ideal for our group with enough space for all the tenants in the building. During the stay, they staff was aware of our need and requests. This was a great experience for us!

Pasamos un fin de semana muy bueno, nos gusto mucho el apartamento y los alrededores, la piscina incluso con el tiempo tan bueno que hace todavía en esa fecha por chiclana así que los niños se quedaron con las ganas, de lo demás todo estuvo estupendo.

The apartment is perfect, and their terrace and the pool is also good, and stays in the great condition! location was perfect for us, most of the city attractions are close to this district! and very fast train station that can get you to Plaza de Catalunya for 7 minutes! Awesome!!

Familia viajando con 3 hijos adolescentes. Fantástico apartamento. Muy limpio, amplio y ordenado, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Nos recibió y nos saludó Juan que era muy servicial. Gran ubicación a 1 minuto andando de Joanic Supermercado muy cerca y zona estupenda con muchas terrazas y cafeterias Excelente todo!

The apartments were big and to a clean standard the shower was great! Location was good we were worried how far it was into Barcelona city centre it was 8 euro for a taxi to Gothic quarter however it is in walking distance. Been a few times and enjoy facilities. It is ideal for big groups!

La ambientación del piso excelente, la limpieza, el orden, la simpatía de Toni. Increíblemente completo para ser un piso de alquiler, se nos rompió un candado de la maleta y vino Hassan, la persona de mantenimiento con una caja de herramientas completa, y nos la arreglo. A destacar la gran terraza y la piscina, la zona muy, muy tranquila. El Barrio muy acogedor!

Toni was amazing! He was extremely generous and informative. The apartment was more than we expected. Spacious and chic. no doubt Gracia is the best area to stay in in the city. We would be more than happy to visit again.

Consiglio a coppie e famiglie per trascorrere delle piacevoli serate nella citta' di Barcellona. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, infatti pur essendo in pieno centro storico la zona è comunque tranquilla e quindi di notte non si corre il rischio di essere disturbati da alcun rumore.

Kind staff. Great location. It was a bit loud in the street side at night but not a problem. Our daughter was sick the first day we were there. The front desk offered to call an English speaking doctor if we felt she should see someone. They were so very thoughtful.
