Leider sah die Wohnung nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern im der Anzeige. Guten Morgen.
Die Wohnung war schon sehr ab gewohnt, hat viele kleine Beschädigungen gehabt und macht nicht so einen freundlichen Eindruck wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber wirklich top.

We chose this apartment mainly for its size and location, which are top notch.
We have a few remarks that can improve next guests' stay:

adding hand towels for all guests
adding shelves in the bathrooms for ease of accessing the shampoos and the rest
adding a step or 2 by the bathtubs for ease of getting in and out
adding hooks in the bathroom
the bed in the main room is extremely old and uncomfortable, it should really be changed for a new one

Positives: just off the main street in Barcelona so a great central location; the apartment was amazing with many original and quirky features and several bathrooms to choose from which included slipper baths. Clean bedding.

Negatives: communication wasn’t great as we’d booked a bus from airport to the nearest point to our accommodation but a day before we were due to fly we were told we had to collect the key from their offices over a 50 minute walk away from the apartment, uphill. Although there appeared to be a concierge on the door of the accommodation we were told that someone would bring the key to the accommodation for a €50 charge which we declined. So after a long, tiring walk for the key we were also charged a tourist tax (€6.77 per person per night) and a security deposit of €400. Louis on the office reception was concerned that we had only been informed recently and said he would feed this back. He was very helpful and called us a taxi to take us to our apartment. Upon arrival we found two of the handles to the bedroom broken (which if I hadn’t taken photos of would have meant our deposit would have been kept) the runners on the wardrobe doors weren’t closing properly. There were only 2 wine glasses despite it being a four double bedded apartment and there were no tea towels although there was a dishwasher and very few cutlery. The apartment could do with bit more maintenance. Beds were quite hard.

However, this did not detract from the wonderful views over the square with the sounds of children in the school yard playing, the ambiance of the apartment’s architecture and its beauty.

If we had been staying more than 4 days and been cooking we would have been stuck for pots and pans. Also, no egg cups. Nice touches like salt and pepper would be nice and maybe a small welcome pack similar to other accommodation we have stayed in.

We understand that the company is young and so hoping the feedback is taken in the spirit it is meant and things can improve for others in the future.

We loved Barcelona - a truly stunning city.

Tout est très bien pensé, avec goût et en parfait état. Il y a de tout et la propreté est absolue. Si je dois souligner une seule chose, je penche pour le personnel qui a fait preuve, à tout moment et dans toutes les situations, de cordialité, d'éducation et d'une extrême diligence.

Impeccable apartment, clean, very well located, all new design, very friendly staff, super comfortable and wide beds, has all the kitchen utensils and no detail is missing. The location was perfect because it is close to the Paseo de Gracia and the center of the city.

'Its location is unbeatable: meters away from La Rambla, which makes it a great option. The staff who did the check in was super friendly and willing to help you. The kitchen has everything, even a dishwasher, which is appreciated when you are on vacation. I would recommend it 100 percent.'

excellent apartment to be in the city centre, we were able to walk everywhere we want it to! the building is on a shopping street which is ideal. many of the main attractions in the city are nearby. the apartment was classic and chic, we loved our stay.

The apartment has the perfect location to visit the whole city, right on the door of the building your will find restaurants and many interesting Spanish stores. As for the apartment itself, even though it is located in the city centre the apartment itself is not loud. The apartment is beautiful and it seems it is a typical old Spanish décor. The girl at the front desk was polite and helpful, she went our and beyond to support us with all our requests. Thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona.

We were 5 people traveling, and the unit was as accommodating as advertised. Bed/linens were comfortable, small markets open nearby, close enough to metro (1 minute walk) and small elevator to lift luggage as well.If walking to Ramblas, it was a 10 minute walk through the older neighborhood. Yes, the laundry was downstairs at the foyer, but most units didn't advertise this luxury. We would love to stay again at this location!

Our stay in Barcelona was enhanced by this accommodation. The apartment was perfectly located in the city within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. This home was perfect for a family of five! We were greeted by a representative who answered all our questions and provided the information we needed. It was a good choice for us. The property was nice and spacious. All appliances and plumbing worked as expected.

Great stay near Old City





This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Barcelona.


We were a small group (3 of us), so we didn't even come close to filling the space, and it was still a great bargain.


Apartment was immaculate, and we were able to get an early check-in when we arrived in town a couple of hours earlier than anticipated. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage, toiletries, etc. Appliances worked perfectly, and the AC was a godsend with hot, sunny Barcelona days. Bathrooms were spotless, with great hot water and showerheads.


Location is fantastic. Close to Las Ramblas and people-watching, an easy quarter-hour walk to the Port and beaches, maybe a half-hour to Sagrada Familia, closer to many other sites. Metro stops are only a few blocks away, making further exploration of the city very convenient. Plenty of tapas bars nearby for outdoor dining, and very convenient to markets (for cooki

The apartment was perfectly placed for a girls weekend away (once we could get past the Zara downstairs! The pictures are very flattering but the place was good value. The smallest room upstairs has a very low ceiling and due to the complete lack of décor and bit of concrete on the floor was somewhat reminiscent of a cell. Perhaps a little attention to this room would be advantageous. the service from the staff at myspacebarcelona has been flawless.

I was in Barcelona with my friends last week, and I can say it was fantastic. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and really nice. Rooms and beds are so clean. The neighborhood is really nice and quite, so we could sleep well. The location is the best, just 3 minutes by walk. We were really near to restaurants, bars and nice pubs. I recommend My Space Barcelona Apartments if you're thinking going to Barcelona, so they are absolutely nice and give you all facilities.

Fantastic central location. Great views of Barcelona in the amazing balcony. We stayed for 4 days in it was so comfortable and clean. In anytime we want a personal that clean the apartment, My Space Barcelona was there immediately. The apartment is fully equipped and totally furnished. We had a really great time in Barcelona in this apartment from My Space Barcelona apartments. Location is perfect, this apartment is in Barcelona City Center, we had everything close. The owners were so helpful. The second day we saw that the Wi-Fi Internet didn't work, in less than 2 hours, Hassan came to fix it. I absolutely happy with my stay in Barcelona, and I don't hesitate to go back and to contact you to stay again in your apartments.

Family of 7 stayed for 4 days. All good, nice appr and excellent location. Gaving only 1 larger and 1 small towel per person is inadequate for 4 days. All in all, we had a very good stay and would stay there again.

Very cute and cozy apartment. After our stay in this apartment, we can only say it was luxury!! the reception was not as nice as they were in remodeling of the office and was a little messy, but the rest was excellent.



The city is a World Heritage Site, which most can say. I recommend span
