Barcelona is a wonderful city! This apartment is well situated to get around and enjoy it, by walking or with public transportation. The apartment itself was clean. However it wasn't a kitchen that was well equipped, only had the very bare minimums. The linens were lacking: sheets were ill-fitting and not enough comforters/duvets for all the beds. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the deposit not being refunded due to bogus claims of high noise level. We were out of the apartment most of the time, being tourists. When were were there, having a four-year old and a one-year old, we were conscious of keeping quiet, as they were napping/sleeping. After reading others reviews, in hindsight, I believe not refunding the deposit is a pattern, a scam on the part of the owners/management. The contract that must be signed leaves little room for contesting the non refunded deposit. A wonderful vacation in a wonderful city, but this trumped up claim ends it on a sour note...

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful apartment and your beautiful city. We found the location to be too far away from the downtown area. Every time we had a destination, we had to take a taxi. We did feel very safe as we walked the neighborhood and enjoy shops and restaurants nearby. There are many different cuisines to choose from within walking distance.Check in staff members were friendly and helpful. They were ready for us, so check in went quickly.Entering the door to the apartment took my breath away. Big windows opening to a 2nd floor porch and tasteful decorations made us feel at home. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The facility is showing its age and could use some tender loving care. We were very comfortable with lots of space. The street noise at night tended to be a little loud for us as we are not use to it. Overall, we received a great value and highly recommend to other travelers.

the apartment was very nice as you could already guess from the photos: well decorated and everything very new and clean. the staff was extremely kind and helpful (one evening we forgot the key inside the apartment and in less than 10 minutes - it was 2 in the morning - they solved our problem). I definitely want to return to Barcelona in the summer and take one of the apartments with a swimming pool that My Space Barcelona offers.

We loved our stay at My Space Barcelona in Barcelona! The building is new and modern and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Very good location and close proximity to shops and other places of interest. I would highly recommend these flats!

We loved the apartment: exactly as expected and more. Kitchen/chill out area and balcony was the highlight of our trip, loved having tea and snacks, rum and playing cards, and if we had more time we would have been able to make some great food with the very well equipped kitchen. A real home away from home.

Very clean, easily accessible via public transport and Taxi etc, and in middle of all historic sites. Tons of places to eat around, excellent shopping places. We we’re family of 6 (4+2). All the basic cooking and dining utensils available in the apartment.
This was my second visit to Barcelona in this year and I will definitely stay here if I am visiting again. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had the 4 bedroom apartment and we loved it. The apartment was beautiful! Especially the living room & balcony, so relax. Location was great, with 5min walk to a really nice street; quite spacious for 8 person. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, close to the main train station, metro stop and shops. Accommodation was clean and bright. Great value for money and the owner was extremely helpful in letting us know about everything the city has to offer. A brilliant base for a beautiful city.

The place was just incredible, the rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable; the bathrooms were functional, the shower was so good I wish I had it in my home. The staff was amazing, we could even leave our luggage in their office and pick them up later.

I have to take this earliest time to say thank you to the host for sharing his beautiful and charming apartment with us. It gave us a big surprise and pleasant time to spend at Barcelona. Spacious living room, bed rooms, kitchen, oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer, dishwasher, even tea pot and plenty of cups, they have prepared all the stuff you might need. The location is also very convinient to every place. I strongly recommend you pay a visit to this place.

We traveled with our 2 adult daughters and our son-in-law. This apartment provided the space and comfort we needed. The kitchen was excellently appointed and we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts and fresh dinners most nights. The balcony was a welcome respite. One side note, the 4th bedroom and bath behind the kitchen doesn't have A/C. This would only be a problem in the heat of summer. We are giving the location a 5, however, this is our opinion. We did have to taxi or bus to town center but we did not want the noise of the tourist center. If you feel the same then this is the place for you.

Rooms were clean and big enough for a family. Supermarket stocked everything you need right around the corner. The area is lovely there is a market a few minutes walking from there that we just adored! We highly recommend this website!

Luminoso, cómodo, enorme, con un diseño agradable y muy cuidado. Ideal para familias y grupos grandes.


Los dormitorios son amplios y muy bonitos. Hay 3 con cama doble/matrimonio y 1 con 2 camas. Nos sorprendió muy positivamente la cantidad de baños (3).


La ubicación es inmejorable. En plena plaza Bonanova, las vistas desde la terraza son muy agradables.


La cocina, moderna y amplia, dispone de todo lo necesario.


Muy recomendable. ¡¡Volveremos!!

The location was great , one block from main shopping and metro , two walk to Muntaner.


Facilitates were great and nice kitchen and welcoming pack .

You can pick up the keys at the office and just leave them in the apartment upon departure. It was a cosy modern apartment. We got clean towels, washing machine, iron... The kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the office.

El apartamento es nuevo de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos, gran cocina super equipada, gran salón con terraza, la zona es tranquila y de las mas exclusivas de Barcelona, tiene la calle Mandri al lado super animada. El personal es amable y atento. Es muy recomendable especialmente si vas con la familia y por trabajo. wifi muy rápida incluida en el precio. Opcional 2 parkings en el mismo edificio.

All round an excellent service and a lovely property in a very nice location. Even though we arrived late check-in was arranged and dealt with swiftly. My only (minor) disappointment was that the showers didn't work very well and some door handles were lose which made us scared to use them in case it negated our security deposit should they break or fall off. Other than that a fantastic property backed by brilliant customer service

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great area!


7 of us stayed for a 5 night trip to Barcelona, and found the apartment to be everything we could have wanted. There is enough space for a small group and with 3 bathrooms it has more than most apartments we looked at. The apartment is clean, tidy, inviting and well decorated. Being very close to the underground stop and Bonanova there is plenty to do and local shops/bakeries on hand too. Very happy with our stay.

The apartment has proven very comfortable and practical with a functional kitchen that is well stocked and 3 nice bathrooms. The area is gorgeous with a number of restaurants right outside our door and the bus stop is right outside the building. The train is about a 6 minute walk from here. There are also plenty of supermarkets near by and the train will take you to Placa de Catalunya in 8 minutes. The agency is very attentive to any issues with the apartment and responds immediately in a very professional way. We are very happy with both the apartment and the agency and would like to highly recommend My Space Barcelona to anyone considering renting short term or long term in this beautiful city.

L'appartamento era molto bello come si poteva già intuire dalle foto: ben decorato e tutto molto nuovo e pulito.


Lo staff è stato fin troppo gentile e disponibile (una sera abbiamo scordato la chiave dentro l'appartamento e in meno di 20 minuti - erano le 2 di notte- hanno risolto il nostro porblema).


Voglio sicuramente tornare a Barcellona in estate e prendere uno degli appartamenti con piscina che la my space barcelona mette a disposizione.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt!


Ich bin mit einer Freundin nach Barcelona gereist und wir hatten einfach riesiges Glück... Zunächst einmal war das Wetter wirklich toll für den März, und unsere Anreise verlief auch reibungslos, obwohl das eher ein spontaner Trip war. :D


Wir kamen in Barcelona ohne Unterkunft an und waren auf der Suche nach einem schnuckeligen Apartment. In letzter Minute haben wir dieses Apartment gefunden und es ging alles super schnell. Die leute beim Check-in waren sehr freundlich und konnten sogar Deutsch. Im Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es immer weiterempfehlen. Vom Service, vor allem da es so kurzfristig und noch Feierabend war, waren wir auch sehr beigestert.


Vielen Dank, evtl kommen wir nochmal spontan vorbei!! ;)

Really Happy with this apartment!



Fantastic Central location in Sarrià, just 10 minutes to Barcelona City Center. The apartment is well kept, extensive, and really nice decor. It's very bright, sunny, and with comfortable beds. We had a fabulous private terrace and it's really nice to see the sky when the sun goes down. The owner met us on arrival and was absolutely lovely, helpful and gave us tips about the city.


Lovely place to come home to and relax in that beautiful and busy city of Barcelona.

Unbeatable for comfort, location and value. We stayed in the San Gervasi Funny apartment for 5 nights in December '10 and would highly recommend these apartments. They are the ideal alternative to cramped, overcrowded and noisy hotels. Excellent location, near Bonanova and Sarria-San Gervasi, within easy reach of the major attractions via the subway (only 2 minute walk). These apartments are wonderfully managed and spotlessly maintained, spacious and comfortable and cozy. All the facilities you could need are at hand and the owner and housekeeper are welcoming and very helpful. Before you book a hotel room, or another apartment, you must consider the San Gervasi Funny apartments; this accommodation helped make out vacation better than we'd hoped.

Le quartier est trés sympathique et calme. De plus il se situe a 10 minute de métro de la plaza catalunya et de la rambla.

I was here for a week to visit Barcelona, and I loved it. The building is conveniently located near to Barcelona city center and shopping and public transportation. The management is responsive and the neighborhood is safe. I recommend taking these apartments from My Space Barcelona apartments, they are really nice and help you in everything you need.


Overall, it's a great place to stay!

Perfecto para venir de negocios con la familia!


Disfrute de este apartamento 15 dias este Noviembre, vine por trabajo y estuve muy bien.


La wiffi iba muy bien, y el apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor.


El personal que me recibió muy atento y cordial, me solventaron un problema que tuve con un correo que me tenía que llegar. Muy bien comunicado con el centro. El barrio muy tranquilo, alegre y bonito. Próxima vez volveré indudablemente.
