L'appartement avec terrasse et piscine près du centre de Barcelone est divisé en deux niveaux. Au premier niveau, vous retrouverez les espaces communs, dont un spacieux séjour avec accès à une terrasse. Le quartier El Putxet se trouve dans les hauteurs de Barcelone, un des quartiers huppés de la [hidden] Putxet est une montagne située entre les quartiers de Vallcarca et Sant Gervasi. A partir de XIX siècle, c'était le lieux de vacances d'été des barcelonais, mais avec la construction des rues modernes, ce quartier devient la zone residentielle des classes supérieures.
Si vous préférez les quartiers exclusifs, louer un appartement dans le Putxet pourrait vous intéresser. Comme son nom l'indique, l'appartement se trouve très proche du fameux parc Guell, la perle du Modernisme Catalan et non loin de Gracia, où vous trouverez l'essence culturelle de Barcelone.
La route du Modernisme est une des attractions majeures de Barcelone. Dans ce quartier vous trouverez les perles de ce mouvement artistique et, entre elles, les oeuvres de Gaudi comme:

Traduire cet avis ?iskandar le 02/09/2023I have stayed in a number of apartments in this general area and this is by far the best. it is surprisingly spacious and has a nice terrace. the kitchen is well equipped; nice to have a (small) dishwasher and an excellent washer and dryer. location is marvelous. I will say that if you sleep with open windows there can be some street noise from people walking up, but nothing too bad, and double-glazed windows mean that when they are closed noise is negligible. I am looking forward to staying here again. The owners totally reliable, the deposition returned promptly, and very accommodating.

The beds were super comfy and the apartment in general was really nice. The area was great! really close to the centre and shops and bars.

We enjoyed the courtyard and space around the pool. The pool was not yet heated for the season but looked very inviting. One of my team thought the beds were too firm but the others were fine.

Все понравилось, бассейном не пользовались, внутри квартира чистая и уютная! Мы особо дома не находились, да и кушали тоже в ресторанах, но в квартире было все необходимое и даже кофеварка!
Паркинг брали, всего 20 евро, очень дешево, и удобно парковать машину.

Beautiful street. As some people commented, the street is a bit noisy, but I would say much less than a typical Eixample street. There isn't much traffic, but at night one tends to hear every thing. Our children slept on the streetside and were not bothered. The inside bedroom has some noise traveling through the inside courtyard.
Alone communicates very promptly and is a very responsive host.

It was so clean and we had everything we need, so the apartment was absolutely equipped and furnished. The owner from My Space Barcelona gave us free entrance to some pubs of Barcelona City, he was so nice with us, and helped us for everything we need.
About the location, its fantastic. So close to everything.
We are so happy for our staying in this apartment.
