we had a great apartment in Eixample in Barcelona thanks to the people in my space in Barcelona. In making the reservation you can choose what "luxury level" you want in the apartment so you get what you spent for. for two couples without children, the location was marvelous: good restaurants nearby and easy access via metro to every sightseeing that came to mind. all arrangements went smoothly beforehand and our questions were answered on short notice. in Barcelona we felt welcome and safe due to helpful assistance in the office. we got a few good travel tips and a good start for the vacation. i will definitely use my space in Barcelona again and I have recommended them to our friends already since there was nothing that we would have liked to change.

The apartment is centrally located near the arc de triompf. Within walking distance there are snack bars, stores and bakeries. Right to the left of the apartment is a groceries store. The apartment is nice and spacious. There is a lot of sunlight coming through the large windows, which is especially nice in the morning. Another plus are the two bathrooms with shower facilities. Unfortunately, both toilets could not be flushed properly, so we had to help ourselves with tools. Also only hot water came through the showers. Those who like cold or lukewarm showers should look elsewhere. The single beds were functional, to describe them as large and comfortable would be an exaggeration. Pillows and blankets were just enough. The pool is a nice gimmick, we were there in September and couldn't really take advantage of it due to tepid temperatures. It is certainly more fun in the summer. A bit of a shame are the strict opening hours to the pool, but also understandable, since all around are

The apartment is just as you can see in the pictures. It is in a perfect location to be able to walk to the most emblematic areas. The apartment is clean and has all kinds of utensils. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are always ready to help with any concerns.

Beautiful apartment very well located to visit the Barcelona. Metro near the apartment. Nice welcome and quick response. Quiet apartment with a view with a lot of restaurants around. If we come back to Barcelona we will rent this apartment again.

For a nine day stay, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything looked new including the kitchen. Windows had the rolling shades that was awesome. The location was ideal for our plans in the city.

Our host was excellent. Waiting for us when we arrived. Gave us helpful hints to get around town. Ordered us a taxi to get to port. Went out his way to make us feel comfortable. Would definitely go back. Plus the apartment was all we could possible want!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Everything was great. Fantastic place and location is excellent. Few minutes walk to subway and rail station. Very easy to get to other areas around the city. Lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Apartament is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Terrace, air condition, wi-fi. Lovely experience in Barcelona. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is perfectly situated in Barcelona, within walking distance of good restaurants, most of the Gaudi sites, and anyplace else you might wish to visit. The Place de Catalonia, the central plaza with the Airbus stop right there, is minutes away but his street is quiet with little traffic. The apartment is light, spacious, airy, and nicely furnished. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-planned and has everything you might need for cooking full meals though the restaurants and tapas are so good we only fixed breakfast. I would definitely come back here in a minute.

Stayed here for 6 nights , family of 4 , lovely quiet area of Barcelona away from the hustle and bustle, great pool on the roof to relax in , staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious with large balcony.
Overall though a very nice accommodation, I would definitely book again!

Spoke English. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. It's a 3 room, 2 baths. The location was great with the metro just a few feet from the door (it's underground so no noise). There's also a great bakery across the street. I would gladly stay here again. Check in is after noon and check out is at noon

Perfect accommodation! Very good central location, close to shops, restaurants and main streets. Always plenty of spaces in big parking garage nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Asked for a baby cot and a highchair and got them both.

Close to the town, beach, and nightlife with a nice pool area. We were 8 people so two of us had to sleep in a sofa bed which turned out to be super comfortable.

We were totally amazed with this apartment. It was like a high standart hotel but with the freedom and the warm ambience of a real home. We loved the rustic decoration. The views from the terrace were absolutely fantastic. Although we were eight, we didn't feel any moment the sensation of lack of space. To end, the location is perfect, just a few blocks away from Paseo de Gracia. You can go on foot to the Ramblas and there are good conexions with Metro, Airport, bus or taxi. The area is full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Thank you!

This apartment was in a great location - very walkable to the main sights in Barcelona, also near a metro station for longer trips. The apartment was well-furnished, just like the pictures on the VRBO website. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment was so amazing! The building is completly new and the staff there is amazing. It was the first time we visited Barcelona and the nice girl from reception explained us the best places to visit and restaurants to eat. The cleaning was exceptional (as everything was recently bought) so we felt like we were using the apartment for the first time. We will definetly go back there if we travel to Barcelona again and we will reccommend it to everyone!

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina muy completa, el comedor con una gran mesa y un sofá muy cómoda, todo exterior y con mucha luz. Las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas, una una cama doble y el baño en la misma habitación. las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño, se pueden juntar camas y hacer 3 habitaciones matrimoniales. Nos toco un apartamento con grandes vistas y muy bien orientado. Estaba todo limpio. Tienen parking en el mismo edificio.

You can pick up the keys at the office and just leave them in the apartment upon departure. It was a cosy modern apartment. We got clean towels, washing machine, iron... The kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the office.

This apartment is breath taking, it was just renewed when we arrived. The swimming pool is great, it is a shame we came during the winter and couldn't use it, we enjoy the small garden as we came with kids it was a big plus for us! The staff is friendly and caring, they went back and beyond to helps us when we needed it! We will definitely come back next summer!

If you're looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable place then don't miss this apartment. Location is 10 mins walk to Muntaner, 2 mins away from supermarkets and restaurants. Similar to this apartment in a hotel in terms of size and cleanliness would be doubled or tripled the price, totally money valued. Finally thank you Alyona for making us feel like it's our home.

I highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in Barcelona. The photos were accurate in their representation. The high ceilings and furnishings were lovely. We enjoyed the neighborhood. As we took taxis (around 5-8 Euros) to get to the sights we didn't have any problems with the location. It was easy to get a taxi. There were lots of places to eat in the immediate area. The apartment was very spacious and we had everything that we needed.

The apartment was a highlight of my stay in Barcelona. Everything from booking to checking out was easy and stress free. The apartment is clean and comfortable, has a lovely private terrace and is in a great location for seeing all of Barcelona. It was lovely to be able to buy fresh baguettes from the patisserie and visit the cheese shop all within a five minute walk. Highly recommended!

If staying longer then 5 days should have at least one day of complementary cleaning and new towels. Other then that the location was amazing. The office staff were extremely polite and helpful. And the apartment was very nice and comfortable.
