Non ci avrei dato un soldo all’inizio visto le recensioni negative sulla caparra e del fatto che era sporca la stanza. Sì abbiamo aspettato ore affinché la donna delle pulizie pulisse e tutti i problemi che ci sono stati ma in realtà io e il mio gruppo ci siamo divertiti, diffidenti all’inizio, certo, ma dopo tutto con la posizione centrale e con tutto quanto, ci siamo divertiti e lo raccomando come avventura.

We had a wonderful experience here! This is a beautiful place -actually even better than the photos and in a fabulous location. Very clean and charming and inviting. The apartment is in a great neighborhood near Arc of Triomphe, with a lot of restaurants near and close to the metro. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Location, location, location.
I have been to Barcelona before and this is by far the best location to stay at in Barcelona. Very close to La Ramblas which is where you want to be. It was very easy to book in and the property had everything we needed with a proper big supermarket within walking distance. Place de Catalunya was also about a 3 min walk from the apartment where you could catch the 'hop-on-hop-off' bus from as well as the Aerobus to the airport. Loved it!!

The location is the best, we were a bit afraid if the security because of the news we heard before arriving to Barcelona, but the truth is that the city is beautiful and hard not to fall in love with. Quelques soucis électriques. Disfonctionnement de certaines lumières, volets roulants, ainsi que du lave vaisselle qui fait sauter le courant. Mis à part ça nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé, dans une zone calme.

Perfect suite and neighbourhood for barcelona travel. Definitely!


Clean, bright and spacious suite, with all the amenities you need: kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Steps from the grocery store, and just a few minutes walk to the subway. Nice to stay among the locals. Nice to have a separate bedroom, with lots of closet space.

Try to plan your arrival in the afternoon, because the cleaners may not be done until mid-day.

Greeter was helpful and friendly.

Wi-Fi in the room was great. Air-conditioning, elevator, etc. made it a very easy and comfortable stay. This place makes it hard to travel to anywhere else!

Great value because you can buy groceries, store in fridge and have breakfast at home, or just pack snacks for the road.

The apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. We liked the location, which was in a regular middle-class neighborhood and not in a big crowded tourist area.The people at myspace.barcelona were helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends, especially families with kids. We had our son, his wife and two children with us and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. Thanks to the staff at myspace for a good experience.

Es un departamento cómodo para una familia y esta muy bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos cuantos días en Barcelona. A muy pocos metrosde la estación Arco del Triunfo y la zona esta llena de negocios , supermercados y restaurantes para todo tipo de bolsillos.

It was a really nice appartment. The location is really convenient: not in the crowded areas of Barcelona but enough central to quickly reach the old center, la Sagrada familia and the Park Guell. The lady who took care of the check-in/-out was nice and efficient for giving all the needed information. We were 6 and had a lovely stay. I definitly recommend this flat.
