Modern and cosy villa 200 metres from the beach at Lido di Noto, equipped with all comforts for a magical holiday.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The villa is surrounded by a large private garden and has 1 veranda and an outdoor dining area. Guests have access to an outdoor hot tub for their own exclusive, private use. You can also use the large heated swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the second villa on the same property, to relax and unwind.
