We had a good stay over all here with 4 adults. Parking was a big problem even though we were out of season. Had to park in public parking 0.5 miles away. Be prepared to walk - a lot. We were fine with the 15 minute walk into town. The place could be made more welcoming with some simple amenities like soap/shampoo/dishwasher liquid/coffee/basic cooking ingredients like salt, oil etc/better quality utensils. The property felt like a basic rental with lower quality furniture, beds. With a little investment and attention to details it could be very nice. Not sure why I need to take out trash when I pay a large cleaning fee? Despite these issues, I would recommend this place and Palma is a great location.

The place is very nice, AC great. Pool is fantastic! Had an issues with sliding doors not fully installed - couldn’t lock them, had to carry expensive items and passports daily. Not the best location, a bit seedy. Homeless group stays in abandon space around the corner - they were harmless, but not ideal to walk through every day. 15-20 minute walk to town, keep that in mind when booking. Coming home at night the streets become quite dark.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The private outdoor patio/pool area was very serene with wonderful lighting accents. We enjoyed it every night after returning from excursions. There are also lots of nearby conveniences, including a grocery store around the corner. In the apartment’s information packet was a recommendation for a half-day catamaran ride. We booked the sunset ride which included a DJ and delicious buffet dinner (10% discount as a guest here). It was one of the highlights of our trip as my entire family loved it! I would definitely stay here again!

It was great working with Fincas Majorica. They're trustworthy and very professional. Also very responsive to emails. Fincas was always available to help, they've even sorted out my Taxi after the holiday back to Airport - Excellent Service. Will do business with Fincas's again. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Handtücher und Shampoo waren im Bad bereit. Toilettenpapier fehlte leider. Fotos vom Pool waren auf den Bildern kaum ersichtlich. Tatsächliche Größe war ein Quadrat von ungefähr 3x3m. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren wunderschön beleuchtet. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt. Zwar befand sich eine große Filter-Anlage im Keller des Gebäudes, leider war der Pool aber wie gesagt ohne Heizung, weshalb man ihn nicht wirklich nutzen konnte, weil das Wasser einfach viel zu kalt war (im März). Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass es in der Unterkunft DREI vollwertige Badezimmer gibt mit je einer Dusche und einem WC. Leider befanden sich in einem der Schränke im Badezimmer fremde Sachen (Kleidung, Alkohol, etc.), was zudem fürchterlich stank! Ekelhaft! Den Vermieter haben wir daraufhin kontaktiert, leider sind die Sachen jedoch nicht geräumt worden. Nachts musste immer das Fenster geöffnet werden, weil der Gestank nicht auszuhalten war!

A great house, on a quiet residential street, it’s well designed and well equipped. A 10 min walk to the Palma, Paseo Maritimo and Santa Catalina.Would thoroughly recommend.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, das Haus liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles prima zu Fuß erreichen, ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt, der Innenhof bietet eine Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Personen, sodass man alle Mahlzeiten draußen wahrnehmen kann, es gibt sogar noch ein zusätzliches „Pool-Zimmer“ ebenfalls (wie die beiden Doppelzimmer) mit Dusche& WC ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Personen ein verlängertes WE vor Ort und sehr zufrieden, diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert !

My friends and I stayed here for a week in September. From booking through to leaving the communication was excellent. The finca was beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have wanted anything more. It was exceptionally clean and very well thought out. All our needs were catered for from the dishwasher to the wonderful shower rooms. There’s even an extra garden room with an en-suite we weren’t expecting. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. It’s a 10 minute walk to a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes will take you to the marina. We would love to return. If you’re looking at this as an option - just book. You won’t be disappointed.

Clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants and shops, and not far from the centre and buses. The pool is well maintained and very refreshing. A wonderful house.

An amazing house, very clean and smart with all the things you will need for your stay. The pool is bigger than the pictures suggest too!! It’s an easy stroll into Palma centre and the immediate vicinity has plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and a great market.Communication was excellent. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Finka, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. In ca. 15-20 min ist man zu Fuß in Palma.

Spotless and quiet place in a residential area. many restaurants are 10-15min walk away, mini supermarket around rhe corner. However if you have children then be warned that taxis are very difficult to get in this area (even with the numbers provided).The rooms are lovely and very clean although. Poolside was truly amazing but there is a large residential block that can oversee the property at all times. all in all, a very good place to stay.

We spent a week with 4 people and two small kids and had a wonderful time! The AC really saved us and both kids and grown ups love the pool area. Evenings out on the patio was also very relaxing. Would live to rent this place again next time we are in Mallorca.

Can Montis is a little oasis in the middle of the city! It was perfect for four friends staying for a long weekend, but we could easily have made this our home for longer. The garden is amazing, fantastic dipping pool and so quiet, you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a busy city. The standard of the apartment is top quality, plenty of loos and showers, beds were comfy. Just perfect!

This is a very clean, comfortable, quiet stay which was appreciated after long days of daily sightseeing in Palma and other areas on Mallorca! The place has everything you need, beds are comfortable and the outside areas are very nice to relax after a long day. Street parking is a little tough in the area but we were able to find something after a couple times around the surrounding blocks. I would stay here again!

Alles Super!Es entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es fehlte nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter Kontakt und Fragen wurden sofort geklärt. Die Lage ist perfekt und es wird kein Auto gebraucht.

Wir hatten hier eine wundervolle Woche - das Haus ist wunderschön geplant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist traumhaft - ruhig, toll gepflegt, uneinsehbar und eine Oase die man so nicht erwartet. Ein toller Ort zum entspannen. Es war sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Badezimmer sind mit abnehmbarem Duschkopf und Regendusche ausgestattet, eine tolle Kombination, außerdem gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel und einen Föhn. Der Wasserdruck ist perfekt, das ist mir immer wichtig, weil ich keine 15 Minuten lang Shampoo ausspülen möchte.Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt (Eroski City) der alles bietet was man braucht inkl. einer tollen Obst- und Gemüseabteilung und frischem Gebäck. Auf der Carrer de la Fabrica und den Parallelstraßen sind unzählige Restaurants und ich kann die „Primo Taqueria“ nur empfehlen, die Nachos und Taco-Kombinationen sind der Wahnsinn. Falls man mal nicht raus möchte, „Just Eat“ ist der spanische Lieferdienst.

It was such a beautiful week for us, the house is amazing, the garden is so quiet and perfect to relax and the house is so well and nicely equiped it looks stunning. Also the water pressure is perfect which is important if you want to wash your hair and do not want to rinse it out for 15 minutes. Right around the corner you can find a supermarket, nail spa and tons of restaurants. All the sights of palma are within 30 minutes walking distance which is very nice. We will definitely come back.

The state of the art aircon system is just one example of this. The place has a very practical layout - indoor and outdoor merges together and makes the pace feel very roomy for four people. Having 3 bathrooms is of course a luxury but nice with teen kids. There is a 5-10 min walk to where the fun begins in Santa Catalina but it is OK. We walked to everywhere in the city from the house. It is fantastic to chill by the pool in the afternoon after a hot day in Palma. Can highly recommend this place!

We spent a long weekend at the beginning of August at Vanessas Place and had a great time. The communication with the host was uncomplicated and she was quite accommodating with the check-in time.

The place is bright, modern and clean and can fit up to 5 people. The Air Conditioning worked wonderful and didn’t feel like the usual strong draft but just cooled the house evenly.
The highlight though is clearly the beautiful lush garden with it’s relaxing salt water pool and additional pool house. There is also a big table outside which we used for our late night tapas dinners.

We walked a lot during our stay and the location of Can Montis is perfect for that. If you want to go towards the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María, the Passeig del Born or the Mercat de Santa Catalina (which is surrounded by lots of great restaurants) they are all just a short stroll away.

Would definitely recommend and book again!

We were absolutely stunned by this place. Location was great, the house was sparkling clean and just so tastefully done. It was perfect for us (4ppl). The bed was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything was top notch! There was a small shallow pool, perfect to take a dip in! The amenities were amazing! Can say enough good things about this place, we can’t wait to be back!
