Had a pleasant 5 day stay at this amazing apartment in the center of Palma. All the major attractions are within walking distance, and there are a few markets nearby. Parking is a bit difficult, but we figured it out after a day or two (you just gotta keep making circles). The place is nice and cozy, just like in the pictures. The stairs and top floor are a bit tight, so watch out, or you'll hit your head. I would love to come back here when I visit Mallorca again!

logement agréable tres bien situé très propre. Accueil parfait. dame très sympathique chaleureuse souriante. Dommage que les photos bien que conformes soient un peu exagerer quant aux dimensions et aux finitions . Bonne location dans une ville magnifique

Der obere Schlafbereich ist niedrig, aber da man es nur zum Schlafen nutzt stört es nicht wirklich. Ansonsten alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Gut gelegen, Altstadt(15min), Castel Bellver (30min) ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Un logement avec un emplacement idéal menant au centre historique de Palma en moins de 10 minutes à pieds, proche arrêt de bus donnant accès aux plages en 15 min en bus.Toutes les commodités sont très facilement accessibles.

Super séjour : l’appartement est très bien situé (proche des bus, du centre ville, dans un quartier vivant mais calme). Les recommandations des hôtes sont excellentes, et la communication est très facile !

L’appartement est très bien situé, l’avantage est de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Le fait d’avoir une terrasse fermé est sympa.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Vanessa ci ha accolto lasciandoci una bottiglia di vino e una marmellata. L'appartamento è grande e spazioso, la posizione perfetta per la vita notturna perchè è vicinissima alla zona di Mercato Catalina dove ci sono diversi bar e si arriva velocemente al paseo martitimo per le discoteche. Non ha il parcheggio, ma si trova gratuitamente nelle vie vicino. La scala a chiocciola per andare di sopra non è comodissima ma comunque la posizione, grandezza e disponibilità del posto ne vale la pena (hanno anche il condizionatore funzionante e non è da poco considerando il caldo). Consigliatissimo!

In the midst of Palma is this most enjoyable AirBnB. The location is within easy walking distance of all your amenities. Easily sleeps four with room for sitting around too. Parking is difficult but it is in all of Palma. Bus/transit system is very good as an option. Check in, check out were perfect. Great contact with host. Highly recommend!

Vanessa est une hôte très facilement joignable et qui répond rapidement aux demandes.Le logement est situé dans une rue piétonne calme.Néanmoins le quartier est très vivant avec de nombreux cafés et restaurants.Le logement est à 7 min à pied de l'arrêt de bus qui vient de l'aéroport.A 10-15 min à pied de la cathédrale et du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.Très propre, très pratique, idéal pour un séjour à 4.A recommander sans hésiter.

Great communication from Vanessa all the way throughout.Perfectly placed in a vibrant area of Palma and only a 5 minute walk from a bus stop to and from the airport.The property itself is small with a good kitchen and surprisingly good shower.

Bellissimo mini appartamento per una vacanza all'avventura in tutta l'isola. Noi eravamo 4 amiche a condividere la casa, molto carina e accogliente, unica pecca i bagni un po' troppo piccoli, per il resto tutto ottimo 😁

Très bon appartement, et excellent rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour 3-4 personnes avec tout ce qui est équipements ( vaisselles, machine à laver, meubles... )On peut arriver à n’importe quel heure on veut, avec le système de boîte à clef avec un code.L’appartement est situé tout proche des bars/restaurants, et tout ce qui concerne les transports en commun pour bouger dans la ville.Il faut se garer un peu plus loin pour ceux qui possède une voiture, car c’est assez compliqué.Je recommande cette appartement à 100% pour ceux qui veulent visiter l’île :).

Great 'little house' on the edge of a great area (Santa Catalina - with the food market and excellent cafes and restaurants). Within walking distance of everything AND on a quiet pedestrian street.Highlights were the patio downstairs and the balcony upstairs. Pretty good kitchen too, two toilets and a comfortable living room.Vanessa was very quick with responses and sent someone around to fix something very quickly. We enjoyed it.

El sitio está muy bien. La parte de arriba donde las habitaciones es aboardillado, con dos camas fuera y un pequeño baño y una habitación bastante grande aparte con aire acondicionado.

Lo recomiendo para ir con amigos.

Very good location for exploring Palma. Easy access via key safe. The shower is hot and powerful. The main bedroom is accessed off the twin. For the price in city centre though we were over all pleased and would use again for a short stay.

Muy limpio y muy buena atención. La ubicación excelente, a poca distancia del centro y cerca del animado barrio de Santa Catalina. La chimenea es ideal para las noches de frío.

Schöne Wohnung. Lage sehr gut, nur 8-10 Minuten ins wahre Zentrum.Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkplatz etwas schwierig aber trotzdem habe i ch immer einen gefunden. Für große Leute ist das Obergeschoss durch die niederen Decken nicht geeignet.

This was such a great place. Comfortable, very clean, and safe. I loved having the key box to let ourselves in when we arrived. No pressure! A short walk to a full grocery and the bus stop. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant short holiday in Palma. Casa Borguny is situated in a quiet pediastrian road but close to the centre. It was well equiped so we had no complaints. There is also a very nice pub in the vicinity called "Vasos vacios" run by 2 italian brothers. You should have a drink there ...

I'm really satisfied with the staff working at Casa Borguny: Toni is a nice, polite and diligent guy. Despite the fact that out flight had been delated, Toni reassured us and waited for us to arrive. When we got to the house we found a selection of snacks and fresh drinks he had bought for us, we really appreciated that!
The flat, even if rather small, was clean and cozy.
Nevertheless, we would recommend to fix the main door handle so that it can be closed even without key. We would also suggest to leave in the house a spare set of lighter bed linen.
All in all, we liked staying at Casa Borguny, the flat is in a central area: it's very easy to reach and it's near the bustling neighborhood of Santa Catalina and shop area of Jaime III street.

Por cuestiones laborales estuvimos 4 días en el alojamiento que cumplía sobradamente las expectativas, la casa estaba limpia y cuidada con muchos detalles complementarios (secador de pelo, plancha, microondas, calentador de agua, tostadora...) muy bien comunicada del centro, en una zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios hosteleros adyacentes. Es trato recibido por los agentes fue excelente, preocupados en todo momento de los pequeños detalles. Una estancia muy agradable.

Ubicación 10 en una zona de mucho ambiente , cerca del centro y restauración. Estaba limpio con todo tipo de comodidades. Toni de la agencia nos dio buenos consejos y estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.
