4.8 The review is given this way due to a couple of things. There were no instructions that we could find on how to use the washer and dryer and also the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable making it hard to sleep at times.

Great location and perfect for family or friends. We booked it for work in order to provide one bedroom for each person and two bathrooms to share. The big bathroom was unfortunatly connected to one of the beedrooms, wich left two colleauges sharing one very small bathroom. Not the best lay outfor us travelling for work. I would book it again if I was travelling with my family.

Great location although the furnishings are older and the 1 bathroom is really more of a closet than a complete bathroom. The beds are very narrow.

the best thing about this apartment is the short less than 5-minute walk to Pl Catalunya. a lot of restaurants, shops, bars, and amazing locations, absolutely everything is excellent!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let us store our luggage while the apartment was getting ready. Then they stayed in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect.

The staff were the friendliest, most helpful people and took great care of me upon my first days in Barcelona.The apartment was so beautiful, the views, the light, the comfy bed, expansive views of the city.I loved that it was close to everywhere and mostly, I walked wherever I needed to go, also great shopping.

The reception staff were amazing! The flat was clean and well kept. It was centrally located and was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anything better!We were able to go everywhere and see many things without a lot of walking. The transport system was very close.I would definitely recommend this flat to all our friends!

L'appartement a d'excellentes qualités de lits, de meubles, de confort et d'espace, avec des chambres, un balcon avec de belles vues. Tout est à portée de main, c'est très fonctionnel. L'emplacement dans un quartier d'affaires tout à fait central puisque vous vous rendez à pied aux points les plus importants. Le Paseo de Gracia est très proche pour faire du shopping et de nombreux restaurants pour prendre un verre l'après-midi et le soir.

I stayed in a stunning apartment located in Rambla de Catalunya! It was centrally located within 5 minutes walking distance from Passeig de Gracia. It was perfectly decorated but the best was the staff. All of them provided great insights about the city and they even make some restaurant reservations for us!

Perfect location. Very pretty apartment and very clean. Quick response. However the main outdoor of the apartment does not lock in anyway, the lock has been disabled or taken off all the way, which was strange as even in hotels you can lock yourself for safety but if u dont mind the Apartment is great.

What an Amazing apartment with amazing views from 3 balconies overlooking Ramble de Catalynia. Its very nice decorated with high ceilings and its much bigger than its looks in the pictures. Everyone at myspace have been very friendly and accommodating. i will definitely stay there again as it is one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

We loved the apartment! The photo's on the website do not do it justice. The attention to detail was fantastic, the hosts had thought of everything and were very attentive to our needs.

Easy process excellent communication before check in would just rather check in at apartment but understand the procedure before. Apartment lovely and excellent location. Information about how easy to get to from train station or airport bus beforehand may be helpful for people. Thank you.

The apartment was ideally located (right on La Rambla) which to get to the different attractions of the city within a few minutes only. The decoration is nice and the bedding very confortable. The person who did our check-in was very nice and gave us a few tips on how to around the city, where to have a nice dinner etc...

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Posee todo lo necesario para que tengas una estadia genial. El edificio posee ascensor (detalle no menor cuando viajas con una valija mediana/grande). Si bien el check in es a las 15.00 Hs., me permitieron dejar el equipaje en la recepcion y dar inicio a mi visita a Barcelona!

Fantastic apartment!


We loved staying in this fantastic apartment. The location could not be better. We walked everywhere and there was a great variety of things to do right outside our door. Las Ramblas and Placa de la Catalunya are only 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Beautifully decorated, the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were comfortable and had everything we needed. Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms was excellent as we have two teenagers plus had two friends staying so there was plenty of room for everyone. The building has a lift which is great if you are tired after a day of walking. The apartment also has the comfort of air conditioning. The process of booking and email communication with the owner Andreas plus the arrival arrangements was all really smooth and efficient. We loved our stay in the Rambla Catalunya Apartment 3 and would love to return one day.

Un piso muy bien ubicado, los cuartos bastante bien. Por lo techos altos lo hacen un piso fresco. El aire acondicionado de la sala era suficiente para que los cuartos estuvieran a buena temperatura incluso con el calor de verano. El segundo baño muy incomodo para ducharse, pero el baño del cuarto principal estaba bien. Sin duda regresaría.

Lovely neighborhood and apartment made for a memorable family stay. One suggestion -- Small third BR could use a fan in summer and a curtain to block light from the building hallway.

We loved staying at Rambla B. and it was convenient to everything. My biggest suggestion is that the person that greets you needs to be familiar with the property because alot of my questions could have been resolved at checking in. Also, someone needs to check apartment before check it to make sure it is perfect for the next guests. Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, mejor no se podría conseguir. Las habitaciones son confortables y amplias. El apartamento posee una sala agradable para descansar después de un día duro. El internet es rápido. La cocina es muy completa. Lo único por mejorar es el segundo baño del apartamento, el cual es pequeño e incómodo. Personalmente recomiendo el apartamento y no dudaría en volver a utilizarlo en mi próxima visita a Barcelona.

The apartment location was ideal and we were happy with our stay. The only issue was that check in had to take place in an office 40 minutes walk from the apartment. Previous experience with apartment rental is that the owner meets you at the apartment and shows you around. However, it was fine for us and we would recommend this apartment.
