Les deux appartements, Victoria City Center 1 et Victoria City Center 2, ont obtenu la plus haute distinction touristique (cinq clés), garantissant un niveau de confort, de service et de finitions exceptionnel. Situation et environs : L'appartement Victoria City Center offre un équilibre parfait entre emplacement central et tranquillité, donnant sur la cour intérieure de l'immeuble, à l'abri du bruit de la rue. À quelques mètres seulement se trouvent El Corte Inglés, l'un des plus grands grands magasins de Barcelone, ainsi que les Ramblas, la célèbre avenue piétonne animée, avec ses terrasses, ses artistes de rue et ses boutiques emblématiques. Le Passeig de Gràcia, avec son architecture moderniste et les œuvres d'Antoni Gaudí, est également à proximité, offrant une expérience culturelle unique. Description de l'appartement : En entrant dans l'appartement, les hôtes sont accueillis par un salon spacieux et lumineux avec des portes vitrées s'ouvrant sur un petit balcon aménagé avec une table et des chaises. À côté du salon se trouvent la salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipée, comprenant un espace buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. À ce niveau se trouvent trois chambres : la chambre principale avec un lit double et un dressing, et deux autres chambres doubles avec lits simples. L’une de ces chambres est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon, déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux jeunes enfants. Une salle de bains moderne aux finitions en marbre blanc et en verre complète ce niveau, alliant style et fonctionnalité.
L’étage supérieur comprend deux autres chambres doubles mansardées, conférant à l’espace un cachet particulier. On y trouve également une salle de bains complète avec douche, offrant confort et intimité à tous les occupants.

Immaculate apartment looks just like the picture except bigger in person. Incredible location with lovely restaurants surrounding, we will definitely be looking at staying in this apartment or one of the hosts other apartments again in the future. 10/10.

The other bedrooms they listed are open spaces in the house like the one under the stairs they added dividers to try to make it a bedroom but it offer no privacy and very little space. A lot of items in the house you can see were broken but poorly repaired such as the cabinets, appliances etc. Overall the location was excellent and in the heart of the shopping district and Marco was helpful.

We enjoyed being so close to a grocery store which allowed us to make a couple of dinners in the spacious (for Europe) kitchen. The best part was that it was a quiet and peaceful place even with being so close to everything. We enjoyed having quiet breakfasts on the balcony and had plenty of space for 10 people. When we come back we will definitely consider staying there.

It is very spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed in there. Also, the balcony was fantastic for us, as it doesn’t face the Main Street so we enjoyed quiet evenings. There is a mall across the street with supermarket and lots of stores. We will certainly book it again when we come back in Barcelona. Thank you Imanol and Marco, you were great and we had a very nice holiday.

It’s location was perfect to easily get around the city (maximum $10 for taxis anywhere) and Marco our contact at the was very helpful at check in and with giving recommendations. The balcony is big enough for 2-3 people to sit outside comfortably and faces away from the street so is pretty quiet. In general it is a pretty good deal for where it is located in the city!

The house is well stocked with cooking appliances as well as salt and pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.' />

Cet appartement très pratique a plusieurs allie confort (équipement, wifi, climatisation, Nespresso) et décoration. Que dire à deux minutes à pied des Ramblas idéalement situé au pied de cortes ingles et des bornes de taxi cet appartement est idéal. A noter 2 lits simples tout de même dans la dernière chambre et quelques capsules nespresso auraient été un plus, bon séjour !

Place looks exactly like the pictures. Tons of restaurants, bars, tapas spots all around. And steps away from so many high end shopping stores. I highly recommend it and would return back here if I traveled to Barcelona again.

Location just off of Placa de Catalunya can not be beat. La Rambla, Gothic Qtr & La Pedrera all within a comfortable walk. Only five in our party but there is so much room. Kitchen was great all the utensils you would need for cooking up your purchases from La Boqueria. Washer and dryer in apartment really came in handy. Flat is located on the first floor which was 60 steps up with an elevator and door man. The place was very quiet internet was great. We blew a fuse and help was on the way, even helped us locate and reset it. If/when we get back I can see no reason why we would stay anywhere else. Thanks so much!!!!

Very central location, we literally walked everywhere. Supermarket just a few doors down, taxi stop across the street. The kitchen in this place is stocked with everything you need. We cooked a gourmet dinner one night and it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend this place and if I come back to Barcelona I would stay here again!

The space looks even better than the pictures and was very comfortable for 4 adults and a baby. We had a great stay and appreciated how easily accessible the management company was! (we thought we were locked out at one point, and they sent someone immediately to open the door!)

The Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Gaudi's Casa Battlo & Casa Mila are all in walking distance. The metro is right across the street, as are the Barcelona turistic buses and a taxi stand. There is a very large supermarket also right across the street and a 24 hour smaller supermarket half a block away. Restaurants are abundant, the Gothic quarter is a block away, and I could go on and on. The building is quiet and secure. There was construction on the facade and on the building to the side, but we heard no noise at all during our stay. I could not see anyone actively working on it either; so maybe we just lucked out. We were a party of 6 - there were more beds than there were people. The design is a marvel of space efficiency. The home was clean, everything worked. The instructions were very good - in fact, there was even a folder that explained how the washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked.

Arrival was stress free and they booked taxis for both our airport transfers that dropped us as the door. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Staying with a group of 6 guys the size in gerneral was just fine. More people would have let to some problems regarding the space to sleep but it would be sure possible if you don't mind sleeping together in a bed. A big plus was the sofa in the living room. It's just so comfortable that we sometimes had a hard time standing up and get out. All in all we had a great time in the Victoria City Center 2 apartment and if we ever plan getting back to Barcelona we would book this apartment once more.

We had four people in our family & everyone felt as though we had come home... Jean checked us in and gave us very good instructions for the apartment as well as helpful tips about our surroundings... The location was perfect, right at the entrance to the Ramblas with grocery shopping across the street & a coffee shop on the corner... The metro, bus lines and taxis were right outside our door, if necessary.. Thank you for adding to a wonderful stay in Barcelona... When I return I'll be back to stay again...

It is easily accessible to mass transit and walking distance to many of Barcelona's tourist attractions, as well as wonderful dining and shopping. In addition, directly across the street is a department store/super market, El Corte de Inglés, the large supermarket is in the downstairs level of the structure and has anything you would need to stock the apartment with food & drinks during your stay -- all at very good prices.
The owner and management company of the property had all of the details of our stay organized well in advance of our arrival and also coordinated our travel from the airport for us. The property itself was very nice and would happily stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family.

It is so centrally located it made getting around Barcelona simple. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The check-in was effortless as were all of the communications with Victoria. I highly recommend the apartment and will look no further for my next trip to Barcelona

The beds were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen facilities more than adequate. The location was excellent with easy walking access to La Ramblas and Born. I would definitely go back if I was in a group.
