There are several patios surrounding the house. One of the highlights of the Finca is the back patio, with Mediterranean flair and vines growing over old beams, which offers welcome shade on hot summer days. Enjoy dining al fresco or just relax in the hammock. The herb garden below the patio lets you cook Mediterranean meals. A private saltwater pool in a unique colour scheme with an outdoor shower fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape. The lower part of the property with the pool is fully fenced in. The property offers parking for your vehicle.
The 120 m² house has three bedrooms: two are furnished with a 150 x 200 cm beds with good quality mattresses. The third one is furnished with a queen size bed and accommodates two children. Additionally, you will find two full bathrooms with a shower tub, a sink and a bidet, a spacious living room with satellite television and an open plan dining area and a modern kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom and a spacious work space with a library with mostly German and Spanish books. Wi-Fi, including a printer, are included in the rental price.
It is about 15 minutes by car to the coast. There you will find shops, the beach, restaurants and other recreational offers. It is also about a 15 minute drive to Competa, the beautiful White Mountain town. From here you can enjoy many walks into the natural reserve, enjoy the weekly Saturday market, shop and visit several restaurants.
During the cooler months, a fireplace and several heaters ensure a comfortable room temperature and the Finca has air conditioning. Dogs - one or several - are very welcome on this Finca. The Finca is easily accessible by car via a partially tarmacked road after the turnoff for Torrox/Competa. Recently, there has been a significantly improved approach by additional concreting. From formerly two kilometers of dirt road are now about 1.6 kilometers concreted.
