This flat is located in the beautiful part of Ibiza in Playa d'en Bossa. The flat is on the second line, 150 metres from the beach. You have 2 double beds, 3 single beds, a sofa. It has 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a sofa and a plasma TV. Dining area for 6 people. Fully air-conditioned, swimming pool and new furniture. Shops, bars, restaurants and of course Ushuaia, Space, La Plage, Nassau, Sankeys and Bora Bora are within walking distance.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is located in a beautiful part of Ibiza in Playa den Bossa. The flat is on the second row, the beach is 100 metres away. You have 2 double beds, 3 single beds and a sofa. It has 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a sofa and a plasma TV. Dining area for 6 people. Fully air-conditioned, swimming pool and new furniture. Shops, bars, restaurants and of course Ushuaia, Hi, Nassau, Sankeys, Bora Bora and all the amenities of Playa den Bossa are within easy walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the ferry pier that takes you to Ibiza town and the marina.

Supermarket bars, restaurants and car and scooter rental shops are in the immediate neighbourhood.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious balcony with side sea views, a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, hob, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms sofa, TV, large table, towels and bed linen are included and a nice pool with chill-out beds.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room are standard, there is also a safe for your belongings.

You can park your car outside, perfect if you are hiring a car to explore this wonderful island. A car is not necessary as everything you need for your holiday is close by.

Bedroom no.1 has an en-suite room with a double bed and a comfortable single bed = 3 people

Do not use jukeboxes by the pool or in the flat!!! None of your neighbours want to hear your music!!!!

You are not allowed to listen to music from jukeboxes or loudspeakers, have parties in the flat, make noise or disturb the neighbours. You can only listen to music from smartphones, if you do not agree with these rules, please do not book this apartment!!!!!.

I prefer longer stays and quiet people.
