Directly below the house is a rocky coast accessible only to adults, the nearest sandy beaches are in S. Maria and Coccorino Mare (both approx. 800 m).
The house is situated directly above the sea with a marvellous view of the southern Italian coast as far as Sicily and the Aeolian Islands with Stromboli.
