Masseria Le Cicale can accommodate 10 people with the possibility of adding two single sofa beds, up to a maximum capacity of 12 seats. The total bedrooms are 5, of which 3 with private bathroom and 2 that share a bathroom with shower (in the annex) .The property has an additional bathroom with shower accessible from the pool area, for a total of 5 bathrooms with shower.
The living area is also independent and not communicating with the bedrooms.
Layout: the villa consists of a central body and an annex. The central body has an "L" shape with a large living room that houses a relaxation area with sofas, armchairs and plasma TV with digital terrestrial channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with worktop, gas burners, electric oven and microwave , dishwasher, as well as laundry room with washing machine and large refrigerator. Adjacent, but not communicating with the living room, there are 3 bedrooms, spacious and bright, each with its own bathroom-shower. On the opposite side of the courtyard is the annex with two other bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower. In the property there is an additional bathroom with shower accessible from the pool area.
Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The central patio houses a large swimming pool (10x5 meters) is entirely paved and all the rooms overlook it through French windows. Thanks to the perimeter wall you can enjoy maximum privacy.
On the right there is a gazebo with a ping-pong table, while a garden lounge and sun loungers surround the pool, covered by large umbrellas.
At the end of the courtyard there is a pergola for outdoor dining, next to a brick barbecue and a small oven for pizza or bread.
Two hectares of land with olive trees extend outside the perimeter wall, enclosed by a second fence with dry stone wall and automated gate.
