Description : Villa Can Toni – 3 chambres, piscine et vue montagne
Villa Can Toni propose un séjour confortable en zone rurale, avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains réparties sur deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, un salon-salle à manger lumineux communique directement avec le jardin et la terrasse. La cuisine rustique est complètement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à café). Une chambre avec deux lits individuels et salle de bain complète accèdent aussi à l'extérieur.
L'étage accueille un second salon (idéal pour se détendre), la chambre principale avec vue montagne et petit balcon, ainsi qu'une chambre enfants avec deux lits individuels. Les deux chambres partagent une salle de bain moderne avec douche à l'italienne.
Les extérieurs sont le point fort : piscine privée 9,5×6 m (profondeur 0,8 à 1,8 m), large terrasse avec chaises longues, jardin paysager bien entretenu et vues remarquables sur les montagnes. La villa dispose aussi de climatisation, chauffage, WiFi, lave-linge, barbecue et parking. À 10-15 min en voiture des plages, restaurants et commerces.

Lovely Villa
(+) : Outside area excellent. Bedrooms excellent and air conditioning great. Bathrooms excellent.
(-) : Unfortunately lots of ants in the kitchen which made it unenjoyable to use but this may have been due to the exceptional weather conditions prior to our arrival with high rainfall and high temperatures leading to a greater number of bugs, mosquitos and ants. Not sure, given the rural location, what can be done to improve this issue?

Beautiful Finca in Secluded Location
(+) : Absolutely wonderful house in a rural setting. Interior is very much in the the traditional Mallorquine farmhouse style in keeping with the building, but the all the modern necessities for a very comfortable stay.
The owners were very friendly and outstanding in dealing with one or two unexpected hiccoughs very quickly, (with in the hour.)
We were adopted by the very friendly farm cat during our stay, who was no trouble at all.
Very highly recommended, we were sad to leave and would return without hesitation.
(-) : A small guide to working the facilities of the villa would be very helpful. Explaining the way air conditioning systems work, that if a window isn’t properly shut that the air con won’t work. Or that the exterior lights work on a timer. Are just couple of things that cased some head scratching while we worked out how things worked.
