Description : Ferme historique à Barga avec piscine privée et parc
Maison de campagne historique et individuelle, rénovée, perchée à 410 m d'altitude, à 2 km du centre de Barga. Cette ferme de 160 m² peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes et s'ouvre sur un parc privé de 5 000 m². Le logement est adapté aux familles.
Au cœur du parc, une piscine à usage privé de 5 x 10 m attend les baigneurs, tandis qu'une pergola de 20 m², des meubles de jardin et un barbecue invitent aux repas en plein air. Une place de parking se trouve sur le terrain, et une connexion WIFI gratuite est proposée.
Les commerces et le supermarché sont à 2 km, un arrêt de bus à 500 m et la gare de Barga/Mologno à 3 km. Le centre thermal de Bagni di Lucca est à 21 km, la mer à 60 km. Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (12 km), le Ponte della Maddalena (16 km) et la Riserva Naturale Orrido di Botri (34 km) sont à découvrir. Une voiture est recommandée pour profiter de la région.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Haus hatte alles, was man brauchte. War gut ausgestattet. Man musste sich nur an den Boden gewöhnen, da dieser wackelte.
Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight. Morgens und wenn man wieder zurück kam, schnell in den Pool, zum abkühlen.
Herr S. war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hatte viele Tipps. Ein dickes Lob an ihn.
Zusätzlich hatte man ein Panoramablick. Einfach perfekt.
Leider konnte man Abends, trotz Autan, nicht lange draußen sitzen.

Most fantastic house and host!
The house is fantastic! Very neat and clean and above all very complete, everything is there. The garden and the view are amazing, we couldn't get enough of the view. There is plenty to do and see in the area and S. is the best host you can imagine. He gives great tips, knows a lot about the house and the surrounding area and he is always willing to think along and helps you where he can. S. provided the icing on the cake. We had a fantastic time and definitely hope to come back again!

Recent Visit
We spent a wonderful two weeks at House San Bernadino. S. bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we appreciated his great sense of humour. Our four sighthounds especially appreciated the huge fenced in yard and got a lot of exercise. We are familiar with the Barga area so really took advantage of wonderful food and time spent with friends. We will be coming again, soon!
