Description : Studio mezzanine Chamonix, 5 pers, balcon Mont-Blanc
Ce studio de 30 m² situé au 2e étage propose une configuration astucieuse pour accueillir 5 personnes. La mezzanine ouverte sur le séjour, accessible par escalier, offre deux lits de 90 cm, tandis que l'entrée dispose de deux lits superposés de 80 cm et le séjour d'une banquette de 80 cm. La pièce à vivre accueille télévision, canapé et coin repas.
La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four/micro-ondes, cafetière à filtre, bouilloire et grille-pain. La salle de bains comprend une douche ; les toilettes sont séparées. Le balcon sud-est offre une vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Le parking privatif en sous-sol (place n°20, hauteur maxi 2 m) accueille un véhicule. Les animaux sont acceptés moyennant un supplément de 25 € par animal et par séjour (maximum 2 animaux). Linge de lit, serviettes et ménage sont en option, à réserver au plus tard 2 jours avant arrivée. Une box wifi est disponible à la location.

Good location and very suitable to have a skibox and parkinglot in the garage. The apartment was ok but it was unclean in some places.

BEWARE FEES
If everything had gone smoothly, I would have given this condo a 4-star rating. However, the management company made dealing with them a nightmare.
#1 they have a ton of "mandatory" fees that are not included in the final price. This is explicitly prohibited by (only optional fees and some taxes can be charged off-platfrom), but they continued to insist that we pay a €400 deposit and a pet fee directly to them, despite us booking with the dog on the reservation.
The "optional" fees were things that are usually standard - €60 "optional" cleaning fee, €43 WiFi, €18 per set of linens and a towel which you could only get if you requested in advance and picked up before 2pm.
#2 the heating never managed to raise the temperature in the downstairs of the apartment above 16°C. It was unlivable downstairs.
#3 the fifth bed shouldn't be allowed because it blocks the stairs, posing a fire hazard, and there is a gap in the stairs that looks hazardous.
