Appartement exceptionnel avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains (dont une en suite), à côté de la cathédrale de Malaga. Agréable et très lumineux, avec un emplacement imbattable pour profiter du centre historique, au coeur de Malaga. Il est situé sur la Calle Cañón, surplombant les jardins de la cathédrale, à seulement 200 mètres du musée Picasso, du musée de Malaga, de l'Alcazaba et du Paseo de Parque, et à seulement 5 minutes à pied du port. Il dispose de quattre beaux balcons qui donnent sur les jardins de la cathédrale, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'un salon-salle à manger. WIFI gratuit, internet haut débit (1000 méga fibre optique, 1 Go). Il dispose également de la climatisation chaud/froid dans toute la maison.
–Les caractéristiques:
Appartement spacieux avec trois chambres à coucher avec un lit double, et l'une d'elles avec une salle de bain attenante. Le salon dispose d'une télévision connectée. La cuisine est très bien équipée, elle dispose d'un micro-onde, d'une cafetière à capsules, d'une bouilloire, et de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il dispose de trois chambres avec lits doubles, toutes équipées de la climatisation (chaud/froid), d'une armoire intégrée et d'une télévision. Il est situé dans un bâtiment historique, au premier étage sans ascenseur.

C'est un logement spacieux et très lumineux, situé dans une charmante rue du centre historique, face aux jardins de la Cathédrale. Il dispose de plusieurs balcons à partir desquels vous pouvez regarder sur la rue et profiter des vues magnifiques. Tout ce qui est important est proche. le Musée Picasso, l'Alcazaba, le Musée de Malaga. Le port et la Plaza de la Merced sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied ; La promenade animée du port est également à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Un emplacement idéal pour les musées, promenades, jardins et monuments du centre. Autour se trouvent également les rues commerçantes les plus populaires, les restaurants, les tavernes et les cafés où la vie se déroule et l'atmosphère la plus authentique et cosmopolite du centre.

–Comment se déplacer:
Il est exceptionnellement situé, au centre de Malaga. Il est à deux pas de tous les monuments et musées. Il est également proche des supermarchés, des magasins de mode et des restaurants les plus populaires. Il est facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport et depuis les gares routière et ferroviaire centrales. À seulement 7 minutes à pied se trouvent la gare routière Muelle Heredia et les arrêts des principales lignes de bus urbaines. La gare de Málaga Centro-Alameda est également à environ 14 minutes à pied, ce qui vous permet de rejoindre rapidement l'aéroport et la gare de Málaga-María Zambrano.

Traduire cet avis ?roman rossel le 28/11/2023Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft in 1A-Lage inmitten der Altstadt von Málaga. Hier spielt sich das Leben ab - mit allem was dazugehört. Die beigelegten Ohropax werdet ihr an manchen Tagen bis in die Morgenstunden brauchen. Für uns als Freundesgruppe hat das gut gepasst, sollte man aber wissen. In der Unterkunft ist alles enthalten was man braucht, von daher können wir eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen!

The apartment's central location meant that we were mere steps away from the city's attractions, and the beautiful waterfront. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our stay was waking up to the breathtaking view of the cathedral right outside our window each morning. It added a touch of magic to our Malaga experience that we will never forget. The electronic key system was easy to use and convenient. We appreciated the early check in and the great tips she sent us for vegetarian restaurants. She was warm and friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is as pretty as the photos and very conveniently located - right next to the beautiful cathedral, Picasso museum, restaurants and shopping district. Just to be aware that there is no lift as the apartment is in a historic building. There are also two restaurants directly below so it is noisy but the hosts provided earplugs! And it was also good to experience the exuberant Spanish nightlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The host was responsive and helpful all the time and answer in timely manner. Cons of the house was the noise on the two bedrooms facing the streets. Despite the ear plugs the noises were ongoing every night till around 4 am making it harder to fall asleep. The sheets weren’t clean and the blankets in the closets weren’t either. Overall, good place to stay in Malaga

Restaurant onder de ramen , nachtclub aan de andere kant. tussen 03:00 en 05:00 uur was het even stil maar dan begon de poets beneden in het restaurant en was van slapen weer geen mogelijkheid. We raden het dus zeker niet aan aan mensen die rustig op vakantie willen ,misschien wel voor jonge mensen die zelf van het nacht leven houden en niet de nachten nodig hebben om te rusten . We komen hier zeker niet meer terug.

Traduire cet avis ?fiona tierney le 24/04/2023This is a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Malaga, a stone's throw from the magnificant cathedral and minutes walk from everything we wanted to see and do in Malaga for our weekend stay. A little bit noisy at night with the disco bar underneath, which didn't bother us as we were up late too and enjoying the party atmosphere but if you are an early to bed person, David has thoughtfully left ear plugs in each room. We would highly recommend this absolutely fabulous apartment and the city.

In a traffic-free zone, so very peaceful except for some street noise from people having fun late at night in nearby bars and restaurants. We liked the sound, though guess it could be bothersome for some guests. But if you choose to stay in the city centre what do you expect? We provided our arrival time by train from Cordoba and took a taxi to within a minute’s walk from the apartment- as close as a taxi can get. Our host was waiting for us and the check-in process was quick and easy and friendly in perfect English. We were three adults and a baby, and the space was excellent for us - our grandson loved being bathed in the kitchen sink! For six adults the living space might be a bit tight, but you’ve got the best of Malaga outside the door. We would certainly stay there again. Five stars for everything.

There were three bedrooms with comfortable beds, and one had ensuite but the other two shared one bathroom. There were a good variety of dishes, a good sized fridge, and a cook surface stove that was difficult to understand how to operate but which we eventually deciphered. Entry was by an apt on our cell phone which surprisingly worked very well. Taxis cannot enter the street however it is less than 20 meters from drop off to front door. A great place

Two balconies in the living room and two bedrooms have balconies with a view of a Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga. Spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great kitchen with everything that you need. Big living room and great dining room area. Highly recommend if the apartment is available for you trip don't think twice. Book it! You cannot bit the location, right in the middle of old city with everything in a walking distance. I wish we planned to stay more days in Malaga. Thank you David!

From day one after booking to after we had checked out, the good people have been super friendly and helpful. Amazing, central location with everything we needed within a 5-10 minute walk. The pictures and description doesn't do the apartment justice, this place is a hidden gem and by far one of the best places I've rented. Thank you guys so much!
