Magnifique penthouse avec de hauts plafonds, situé dans le centre historique de la ville, dans un immeuble du 19ème siècle. Très lumineux et entièrement équipé. Les vieux plafonds en bois, mansardés, lui donnent beaucoup de charme. La terrasse offre une vue sur le centre, mettant en vedette la tour de la cathédrale. Il a été récemment entièrement rénové, dans le plus grand respect de l'ancien bâtiment, en préservant tout son charme et son attrait. Il dispose du WIFI gratuit, d'une télévision connectée, d'un lave-linge, de la climatisation / chauffage, d'un four et de tout le confort.
–Caractéristiques:
Le salon est très lumineux et possède un beau plafond mansardé en bois avec une mezzanine pittoresque, à travers laquelle vous pouvez accéder à la terrasse. Il dispose de deux chambres lumineuses, avec balcons extérieurs, toutes deux avec un lit double confortable (l'un des lits doubles est King size). Toutes les pièces de la maison ont des fenêtres extérieures, elle est donc très lumineuse. Il est situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble du 19ème siècle, il n'a donc pas d'ascenseur.
–Prestations de service:
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, elle dispose d'un four, d'un micro-onde, d'une cafetière, d'une bouilloire, et de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
L'appartement dispose d'une connexion Internet WIFI et de toutes les commodités à l'usage de nos hôtes : climatisation/chauffage, Smart TV, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, lave-linge, etc.
–Centre historique:
Il est exceptionnellement situé, dans le centre historique, à seulement trois minutes à pied de l'emblématique Plaza de Uncibay, autour de laquelle se trouve le quartier le plus populaire pour les restaurants et les tapas. Le Museo Picasso Málaga est à seulement cinq minutes à pied, tout comme la célèbre Plaza de la Merced, où se trouve la maison natale de Picasso. A proximité se trouvent toutes sortes de supermarchés, magasins et restaurants.
–Comment se déplacer:
Le penthouse est à deux pas de tous les monuments, musées et lieux les plus populaires du centre historique de Malaga. Il est très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport en transports en commun et depuis les gares routière et ferroviaire centrales.
–À prendre en compte:

Les règles de la maison et de la communauté des propriétaires doivent être prises en compte. 20 € seront facturés à l'arrivée pour le nettoyage de chaque chien. Nous pouvons fournir un lit et une mangeoire-abreuvoir, sur demande.

Well appointed with modern amenities and a great space. Very close to all the old city action but on a slightly quieter street so not too much evening noise. Highly recommend.

The interior is tasteful, with a nice view from the terrace. The beds are very comfortable. Only the master bedroom has stable WiFi. For the rest of the apartment, the internet is unstable, and the small bedroom has virtually no coverage. During our stay, there was quite a bit of water dripping onto the floor from the AC in the small bedroom. It seems to be a recurring problem, as there is damage to the baseboard where it drips. There are at times quite a few tiny ants in the apartment, attracted to toothbrushes in the bathroom and food in the kitchen. The rooftop terrace is great, but smaller than it appears in photos. During our stay, there was constant road work in the area outside, creating a lot of noise. However, the windows have good sound insulation, so when they were closed, we were not bothered by the noise.
Traduire cet avis ?iain thomson le 30/07/2023The apartment was great, super clean, lovely and thank goodness for A/C!The location was amazing, the old city is an wonderful place, and there were more than enough excellent tapas bars and restaurants within 5 minutes of the place.The only issues, which was out of the hosts control, was that there were roadworks going on, everyday (bar Sunday), and to be honest, not knowing the city, it was a fairly main thoroughfare into the main part of the old city, and boy, do people stay out late at night. The flat was pretty well insulated from the general noise though.The hosts were great, very responsive and we had a lovely time.

The upstairs patio was icing on the cake. Very responsive hosts, clean water and easy entrance and exit. Great stay!

Air con works great. Living area nice and airy. Hassle free check in. Perfect host. Building works in the street started 4 days into our stay which were very noisy and disruptive but did not spoil our stay. Street can be quite noisy at nights, through to the morning but again did not ruin our stay. ( you expect a little bit of noise, it is a lively city ). Overall, a great stay in a great little apartment. I would stay here again if I was to return.

A big smaller than the pictures showed and as a very heavy sleeper I took the noisy tiny bedroom- and was woken up many times by knocking and late night fun- Wifi did not work in small bedroom Pros : host was super responsive to all questions we had - having laundry was great and we spent a lot of time on the roof top even in the rain since part of it was covered . Still I would rebook since the location was perfect , but stay in the bigger bedroom to avoid the loud noises - this time I couldNot since there was two of us . Thank you

Bit of noise on Saturday night but totally expected if you’re in the middle of everything. Staff met us and let us check in hours early and gave us excellent recommendations and all messages were answered rapidly.The beds were super comfortable and the roof terrace was amazing to soak up sun or have your morning cup of coffee. The coffee machine and Spotify system was great! Thanks, we’ll be back one day for sure!

Found check in instructions really clear as we arrived very late at night so was a little nervous but all was fine, they even organised parking vouchers for us which was really helpful. The accommodation is very clean and great decor! Really enjoyed our stay thank you!
