Ce studio de 19 m² accueille 4 personnes dans un cadre fonctionnel et bien pensé. L'espace se compose d'une entrée-coin montagne avec 2 lits superposés, d'une kitchenette dotée de 2 plaques électriques, four et réfrigérateur, et d'un coin salon avec canapé-lit clic-clac et accès à la terrasse orientée sud-ouest. La salle de bains privée inclut douche et WC. Tous les espaces sont en parquet sauf la salle de bains carrelée.
Le chauffage électrique assure votre confort hivernal, tandis que le casier à skis facilite l'accès aux pistes situées à moins de 500 m. Un parking extérieur non nominatif est inclus (sous réserve de disponibilité en haute-saison). La résidence se trouve au sous-sol (niveau R-1, pas d'ascenseur) et demeure très proche du centre de Morzine. Notez que les draps, serviettes et ménage de fin de séjour ne sont pas inclus mais disponibles en supplément via le pack Confort ou à l'unité.

Emplacement idéal,proche du centre, possibilité de garer son véhicule sur un parking privé et accessible uniquement avec une télécommande pour entrer comme pour sortir

Pros:
Good location, just a few streets from Super Morzine and Pleney. The building is very secure and safe. Although the listing stated there was no TV, there is a small system with a DVD collection.
Cons:
Check-in details sent before arrival, but told to collect from opposite side of town, inconvenient with skis and luggage after arranging transfers.
The listing advertised ski locker, so we brought our own kit. But never given access and had to pay for alternative storage.
While tidy, the place wasn’t clean. Bedding was stored alongside cleaning equipment and was stained and smelly. Being required to arrange and pay for third-party cleaning on departure was frustrating given the condition on arrival.
Most concerning was a significant leak above the top bunk bed. A makeshift setup draining into a bucket fell during the night more than once, Although the agent was notified, they didn’t contact us until the day before checkout, but we already decided the check out early.

Good apartment, which is well located to the town and lifts. The apartment is small but fine if your not planning on spending much time there. The only thing missing in my opinion was an oven, there is a microwave oven but it's not big enough if you want to cook a dinner in it. Other than that we would definitely consider it next year.
