Deuxième chambre trop exiguë pour un couple et lit gigogne pas confortable.
Baie vitrée duplex extrêmement dure à ouvrir et fermer.
Attention à la robinetterie de la salle de bain du bas et court circuit provoqué par le grille pain.

Great apartment, very comfortable and spacious. Supermarket, a short walk away and surrounded by local restaurants and bars. We took an Uber to get to Las Rsmblas which was easy and around 10 Euros. Great communication with My Space if required. I would definitely use My Space apartment if travelling to Barcelona again.

I had to come to Barcelona for some personal matters. In order to enjoy an experience like at home, I decided to try an apartment rather than a hotel. The experience was unbeatable! When I return I will stay in this apartment or one of the agency's again, since the treatment was exceptional!

The building and facilities are spectacular. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the best is the staff, the treatment, the kindness and the efficiency. To highlight the area in which it is located, in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Barcelona, La Bonanova. The people in its streets look beautiful, and the area is very quiet, a few meters away is Mandri Street, with bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and 2 parks very close. The streets are also nice to go running, and there is a gym and a yoga center next door. Next time I will repeat the apartment.

l'appartement est magnifique, le personnel fait toujours tout son possible pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, très propres et j'adore l'odeur du salon ! endroit idéal pour se promener après une journée bien remplie (ou pas) à Barcelone.

I stayed in this apartment with my family because I had a treatment near Teknon clinic. This apartment was really comfortable and it was just a few a minutes away from the clinic. The staff was really helping me with all the inquiries and doubts that I had.

The property felt comfortable for us a family of four. All of us slept on the beds. The sofa bed was quite comfortable also. Kitchen is complete with facilities for simple cooking. Quite a convenient distance from Barcelona city centre. The host was friendly and warm and attended to our queries promptly even before we came here.

Great flat (exactly as described in advert). We stayed for one week with our three children, two of whom are grown up, and there was plenty of space for us all. Wonderful area with good restaurants, great markets and public transport (though we often walked) nearby. Good service from property manager.

Nice apartment. Pretty deck area although it rained when we wanted to use it! Location has easy access to taxis. We enjoyed our stay and the only issue was we didn’t find a corkscrew for our wine! Still waiting for my deposit refund though. Hope it’s in the works.

The apartment is in probably the best location in Barcelona! The property is within walking distance of absolutely everything there is to see and the rooms also have comfortable beds. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were really easy to liaise with and were very polite, friendly and informative upon arrival.

Although located a bit more faraway from the city centre of Barcelona, it was very easy and fast to get there! The big advantage of this apartment was its private terrace. The team was nice and helpful.

Very spacious, very comfortable, perfect when you don’t want to just be stuck in a hotel room, ideal when you have children as we could all have a little bit of space away for a relax, rather than living sleeping and relaxing all in one room. The reception staff all spoke excellent English, gave very good tips for getting around, helpful with bus info. Very friendly and efficient, made our stay very easy.

Toni was a great host and provided me and my family a great experience. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood is exceptional and we loved walking around to different shops and restaurants. The location is superb, being extremely close to the Muntaner FFCC stop. We were able to get all over Barcelona from here. So far this is the best place we have ever stayed using HomeAway.

The apartment was even better than the description and photos showed. Everything one needs for visits to Barcelona. The location is excellent, central to all tourist spots and lots of bars and restaurants near by. The big terrace was a great place to relax after a day out in Barcelona. What made it even better was Toni the host could not have been more friendy and helpful. We definitely would recommend it to anybody looking for a wonderful place to stay in Barcelona.

View was amazing, the big terrace is great. location is superb, right in the center and on the subway station. Apt is big and clean. Double bed in room isnt too comfortable - need a single queen size bed instead.

The apartment was exactly as described on the photos and info. We had a group of 7 staying in the apartment in total and it was the perfect place. Great location and access to everywhere. Lots of good food spots around. There's a breakfast place downstairs and great brunch places around the corner. The only thing is that there's only 2 shower, but in the end everyone got ready to leave on time. I'd definitely recommend this place to groups and families.

"Una opción genial para visitar Barcelona"


La habitación estaba muy limpia y era perfecta para una familia con niños. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y era muy completa y el baño muy nuevo. Además el barrio es muy bonito y estás a 5 min a pie del metro de Muntaner y a 10 de Bonanova, que es línea directa a las principales estaciones, para los que no les gusta hacer trasbordos. En general, es una opción genial para visitar Barcelona y repetiría sin duda si volviera con amigos o con familia de nuevo.

I called Claudia and the next day he took me to see FIVE different apartments in one night. He was a huge help and suggested the apartment that we decided to take which they called Condal. My two friends and I all had singles and we had two bathrooms and a spacious living area with a nice kitchen and kitchen table. We were right next to the Muntaner FFCC stop, which was probably the best location in the entire city for us. We were only two blocks away from Placa Catalunya.
