In addition to the proximity to Park Güell, the location is strategic for exploring other emblematic places in Barcelona. Public transportation is easily accessible, which made getting around the city convenient. There are also a variety of local shops and restaurants within walking distance, which added an extra layer of authenticity to our experience.

We stayed there for a few days and it was fantastic! The place is very nice and warm, and the location is optimal, but above all a lot of warmth and excellent disposition on the part of the reception staff (all of them!) as well as the cleaning staff.I forgot a watch and other things and the staff kept it for me! Super!Congratulations for the choice of the staff.

This place is a hidden diamond in the middle of beautiful Barcelona. I had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all by ourselves. Balcony is big and just sit there in the morning listening enjoying the quiet nice street.

All the facilities were clean and just like in the pictures. The check-in was fast and easy. We took the transfer service and it was ideal, they waited for us while we did the check-in and took us to the property.

j'ai eu le plus beau sejour de ma vie, j'etais tres contente avec mon appartment il etait hyper propre et lumineux on sentait une grande presence de l'energie positive ce que j'ai vraiment kiffe c'etait le fait qu'on etait proche de tres bon restaurants et bar a tapas vraiment je le recommande vivement.

Lovely holiday flat. Very warm, feel at home instantly. We realy enjoyed how it was furnished. Having all the amenities (great wifi, washing machine, dish washer,..) was really perfect.

Brilliant apartment ,large territory, perfect for all ages, families, couples, retired people. Lots of different zones with children and without children nearby, so if you need some privacy you can find yourself in a less touristic area. Beautiful large and green terrace. Massive beds and large rooms. Nothing to complaint about all was great from choice for our family. Would definitely recommend as one of the best options in Barcelona.

Good apartment with modern furniture. Excellent location. A lot of restaurants nearby, shops, the metro is in 5 minutes walking from apartment. After check-out we could to leave our luggage in the office for free.

Me alojo siempre en ese lugar porque sinceramente es muy comodo para moverte por la cuidad, el apartamento en sí es muy cómo e ideal para grupos grandes (eramos 5 personas). Hay un parking en el mismo edificio y también se puede ir a la piscina en el edificio de al lado. Esto es un puntazo para el verano.

This is an absolutely fantastic apartment. It is beautiful, well-appointed, very comfortable and spacious, amazingly decorated! It is in a great location- close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and centrally located to walk to any of Barcelona Center. Toni was very good in communicating with us and flexible to allow us to leave our luggage so that we could go around the city. Overall, amazing stay. Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved our stay . It was clean, ligh. and modern and the big terrace was great for us to enjoy some evening drinks before going out. The location was also good with lots of nice brunch spots, restaurants, etc nearby.

Nice apartment, new deco, bakery, supermarket and metro nearby. Cleaned bed and quilt but not comfortable. Bring your own shampoo, shower gel, salt and pepper if you prepared to cook.

Proximity to the metro. The peace to come back to after a days out to the busy areas. The verandah / porch to relax in. The bakery next door. The lovely beds and showers. The rooms were well appointed. The heating system- no restriction on timing. We could regulate it ourselves. Extra toilet was very useful. First apartment I have rented that rubbish bags were supplied The stove. But once we know the instructions it was ok. There were no instructions in the brochure. The water system. We did not realize it is an immersion heater. Would be better with electric showers. But this is small problem. Good powerful showers

Bien dans l'ensemble mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un peu plus de décoration aux murs pour réchauffer l'atmosphère et que la terrasse n'était pas suffisamment mise en valeur... seulement 2 sièges alors que nous étions 4 et la chaise longue sans coussin est inutilisable car inconfortable. Sinon très bien.

Really efficient system with welcome and info emails etc. Also very quick response when we flagged up a couple of items that were missing. A few slightly grubby 'wear and tear' marks on sofa and walls are the only reason for not scoring cleanliness higher. Beds very firm but surpringly comfy. Many thanks
