Cette maison entièrement rénovée offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant aux Sables-d'Olonne. L'intérieur climatisé comprend un séjour avec canapé-lit et télévision, une cuisine ouverte parfaitement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, plaques vitrocéramiques, réfrigérateur-congélateur) et une chambre double avec lit 160×200. Une alcôve aménagée de lits superposés complète l'espace nuit, idéale pour les familles. La salle d'eau dispose d'une douche, et une buanderie avec lave-linge facilite votre séjour.
L'extérieur sécurisé comprend deux cours closes avec mobilier de jardin, parasol et barbecue. La prise de recharge pour véhicule électrique et le parking complètent l'équipement pratique. Fibre et WiFi gratuits sont accessibles partout. Linge de maison non fourni. Une caution ménage de 98€ est demandée à l'arrivée.

Ca ne nous a pas gêné mais il faut savoir que la maison est à côté d'une route assez passagère.
Petite maison très fonctionnelle, très propre. Elle semble avoir été refaite très récemment et les équipements sont neufs. Tout ce que nous utilisé fonctionne très bien.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation qui fonctionne aussi très bien.

This charming guest house is located in a very quiet part of the city. The hosts welcomed us warmly and showed us everything in a friendly manner. Although the communication with the local maintenance company was a bit delayed, the key collection office kindly explained everything and had a very professional attitude. The guest house is nicely decorated and cozy. Very, very clean. There is everything for a nice stay and living. The pictures show less than how nice and decorated everything actually is. We recommended the hosts to add a photo album to Booking.com. Everything has been thought of. Many thanks again to the hosts for the nice welcome!
