This type of flat is located on the first or second floor and has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed; the bathroom has a shower or bathtub. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with dining table and chairs. There is also a double sofa bed. We recommend this type of flat to larger families who like a pool view but enjoy their privacy.

The Garda Resort has two large swimming pools set in a large park, so you can improve your swimming skills.
There are also sports fields such as tennis, padel, football, beach volleyball and bowls; a 50m Olympic-size swimming pool and for the little ones there is a playground and a baby pool.
In the Sporting Club there is a restaurant-pizzeria and bar.
There is also a mini market in the resort.

The Garda Resort Village has the largest swimming pools you have ever seen. Amongst the flats you will find two huge lake-shaped pools with varying depths, making them ideal for children of all ages. While in the Sporting Club you will have a 50m Olympic-size pool, a baby pool, tennis courts, padel, football, beach volleyball, bowling and a children's playground. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria that will welcome you for lunch and dinner, and a bar that serves breakfast in the morning and tasty aperitifs in the evening.
The complex is very safe, as only the access road is passable by car, many internal roads are pedestrian and cycle paths.
At the resort there is a mini market, restaurant-pizzeria and bar.
The nearest beach is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot.
The centre of San Benedetto with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800 m away.
While the centre of Peschiera del Garda is 1.5 km away.
