From here, you also have access to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa connecting cableway, which takes you to the Arosa ski area. Additionally, within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Proschieri valley station, connecting you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area. In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the idyllic Heidsee by bike (only 4 minutes by car), where you can enjoy stand-up paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats, and kayaking.
