beautiful house with great location : Very nice holiday with our children and grandchildren. Were lucky with the nice weather so we could enjoy the beautiful garden with swimming pool. We also received a very friendly welcome from the hosts. House itself is certainly ok and plenty of space. Especially the mattresses were great. They all had a perfect night's sleep. In short, highly recommended.

Very comfortable and well equipped villa with pool and close to the beach : Very comfortable and well equiped villa close to the beach and with a lovely pool. The owners are very friendly and have made the house in a kind of beachhouse in a typical modern French style. The house also has a well equipped kitchen. A lot of room in the house and the large garden with the pool gives you a superb holidayfeeling! Highly recommended this Black Pearl!

A wonderful stay : 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children have just returned from a holiday here. It was superb. From a great welcome to a (in our case) a sad goodbye we loved each day.
The house is so easy to stay in, there is everything there you need, it really is like being at home - but with a pool!!
Beds were comfortable, bathrooms (2) spacious, plenty of hanging and storage space so everywhere can be tidy - a good thing with 10 people staying. A large utility and storage room. A downstairs bedroom too.
The kitchen is large, plenty of room to organise cooking with a few helpers. The living room is very comfortable, a good thing as the weather was erratic so the children were glad of DVD's.
Outside is just so, so lovely. Comfortable chairs, 2 dining tables so plenty of room to all eat together. The pool was a huge hit, used every day regardless of weather!
There are security gates.
There is a 5 minute walk to the beach, another hit with the kids. Passing a bar - a hit with the Dad's!
It's central to lots of places, St Germain is the closest, another beach, half a dozen restaurants/cafe's- It's walkable from the house, 20 mins but unlit at night. If Normandy landings are of interest, they can be visited within about an hour.
A wonderful holiday, I'd definitely recommend a stay. It was lovely.

An Amazing Villa : I stayed here with my three daughters for a week. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and greeted us on arrival. Pool was large and heated. Outside area was fantastic. Very private.

Kitchen was spacious with a large table, which could easily sit 10. Beach was a very short walk away, as was a children’s playground. There were no shops or bars within walking distance but we knew that when we rented it. We have rented a number of holiday villas over the years and this one is up there with the best of them. All in all, an amazing villa and location and would highly recommend.
