Villa confortable à Alcudia avec piscine privée, proche de la mer

Perfect family villa : (+) : 12 of us ranging from 6 to 74 stayed for a week. Was a perfect house for us- kids could play in pool while adults relaxed in sun or on terrace. Kitchen is well stocked with kit. Team at Mallorca holiday properties were very attentive. Beach only a few mins away and a lovely longer walk into Alcudia port or old town. Bus service was also really easy to use.
(-) : A few more tea towels would be helpful and maybe a stock of washing powder for washing machine and some extra basics in cupboard like sugar, coffee etc.

Our stay : (+) : We’ve just come back from a great week here. The villa is gorgeous, and so well equipped.
Lots of places to escape if you need a bit of peace and quiet.
Some lovely local bars and restaurants to walk to.
You can get in the sea but it’s a bit rocky.
Local spar is great for top ups.
(-) : I really can’t think of anything.

Beautiful villa : (+) : Well equipped, spacious and beautifully kept, was excellent for spending time together as a family but also had enough space for us to have time out from each other if needed. Beautiful gardens, pool, decor and views. Excellent customer service from Pere from start to finish, attentive, responsive and friendly.
(-) : Not sure it can be improved but worth mentioning pool is deep all over hot shelved so something to be aware of for those with small children and babies.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Platz in guter Lage : (+) : Ambiente, Einrichtung, Pool, Küche mit umfangreichem Inventar, Badezimmer, Wohnraum, Terrasse mit Grill, schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage mit vielen Pflanzen, Tischtennisplatte, Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden
(-) : Badewanne in der Unteren Etage defekt
Kellerräume zum Schlafen eher ungeeignet
Geschirrspüler defekt

Fabelhaftes Haus in schöner Umgebung. : (+) : Sehr gut, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Stauraum in Küche und den Zimmern. Sehr gute Betten. Man merkt, dass alles noch sehr neu ist. Die beiden Terrassen mit den sitzmöglichkeiten sind gut bestückt. Der Pool ist groß und geschätzt zwischen 170 und 200 cm tief.
Nur abends nervt der kleine, laute Hund der Nachbarn von oben, da er wohl stundenlang alteingelassen (im Garten) wurde.
Der Service vor Ort durch Joan und im Vorwege durch Lenka war unkompliziert, schnell und gründlich. Agentur und Haus sind auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wegen des tiefen Pools aber nicht für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet.

Schöne Villa in sehr guter Lage : (+) : Wir haben mit 2 Familien mit Kindern 10 schöne Tage in der Villa Alcanada Sunrise verbracht. Das Haus wurde gerade renoviert und ist entsprechend in einem super Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, fussläufig sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Kiesstrand in 5min zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es gibt einige Optionen für Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Lenka und Joan waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

(+) : The best stay we could have at Alcudia! We arrived late at night, but Mallorca Holiday Properties were so nice and left us some snacks so we had some breakfast in the morning. The house looks just like on the pictures - every room is good. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue grill outside. To the beach it is only 5 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would recommend the house to our friends and also we would definitely come back! Thank you so much for having us!

(+) : The villa was really amazing. Everything you see on the pictures is even better when you arrive. Joan texted me upfront and gave me all the additional information i needed. Very nice was the welcome package with small snacks. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. The place is big enough for 12 people as long as the weather is good enough to spend some time outside. All and all a place i would love to go back.

Fantastic Villa And great time : (+) : The house was fantastic, we arrive late at night and there was even a welcome packet. We had a great time staying at this spacious house. It‘s nicely furnished and decorated and the views to the sea and we could catch some lemons from our own lemon tree for a gin tonic:).We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area with the nice breeze. It‘s a quiet neighbourhood with a small beach nearby. We had a great week with 4 little children, enyojed the pool, the BBQ, the silence,...The beautiful old town of Alcudia is a 10 minute drive away. It was a very relaxing holiday and we can highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Villa in a quiet area : (+) : It was a very pleasent stay in Villa Alcanada Sunrise. The house really lived up to our expectations. It was even better! Fantastic outdoor surroundings and the pool was so great!!. The area is nice and calm with only a few minutes to the sea. The water on the beach is very clear and clean and gets deep relatively quick. A few shops and restarants is available in the area. A little further to the golf course. By car it is only a few minutes to Alcudia. Would love to go back!
