Discover our cosy holiday home in the idyllic Ticino village of Arogno, 630 m above sea level. In our 3-room flat in a two-family house, you can enjoy the peace and sun in all its splendour. The holiday flat impresses with its quiet and sunny location right on the edge of the forest and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley thanks to its elevated position above the village.
The interior comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a small room with a single bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The living area opens onto a covered, separate garden seating area with morning sun. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to linger with its open fireplace. A cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. Please note that only dogs are permitted.
Outside you will find a large, well-kept property with a swimming pool, which can be shared with the landlord's family from approx. 01.05. to approx. 15.09. (weather permitting). Relax and unwind on the play and sunbathing lawn with deckchairs. The car access road leads directly to the house, where you will find your own parking space.
Our house is somewhat difficult to reach by public transport.
Arogno is the perfect starting point for exploring the Ticino mountains and valleys as well as Lake Lugano. In the village itself you will find a small shop with a bakery and two restaurants. The towns of Lugano and Mendrisio are just a 15-minute drive away and offer attractive restaurants and countless shopping opportunities. The beautiful golf course in Lanzo d'Intelvi (Italy) is also just a short drive away. There are various leisure activities on offer in the surrounding area, such as hiking trails, mountain railways, mini golf and a water park.
