On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadin offers a high-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the unspoilt mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadin lake landscape. The three flow trails on Corviglia provide the right flow. The Upper Engadin lakes are also enthusiastic about sports. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost unlimited. The vastness of the inspiring high valley can be experienced particularly impressively on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And alongside the wide range of sporting opportunities, first-class cultural offerings such as a visit to a museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages are attractive.
In winter, 350 finest kilometres of slopes in the ski areas Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and the family-friendly Zuoz invite visitors to true skiing and snowboarding enjoyment. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of prepared trails in the Upper Engadin and in the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who wish to enjoy the peace and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike on the 150 km of winter hiking trails into the side valleys Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families enjoy the Engadin sun on a horse-drawn carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or go sledging down the 4.2 km long, winding toboggan run from Muottas Muragl into the valley.
