Discover our charming hideaway for your next break: a cosy 2-room flat in the heart of Pontresina, located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential building with convenient lift access. The 50 square metre flat is furnished with great attention to detail and is the ideal retreat for hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers and those seeking relaxation. Whether you want to explore the surrounding nature or simply take a deep breath - here you will find the perfect starting point for an unforgettable experience in the high Alps.

The interior of our flat leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge including a small freezer compartment, oven, kettle and a coffee machine with capsules, ideal for cosy breakfast moments. A raclette oven and a fondue set are available for cosy evenings. The living room has a sofa bed, which offers two additional beds, a TV, WiFi and a wooden chest of drawers for plenty of storage space. The bedroom is furnished with a marvellous double bed made of Swiss stone pine, bedside tables with lamps and a spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower function, a hairdryer and heated towel rails for warm, dry towels.

The outdoor area boasts an inviting balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, which invites you to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. A reserved car park provides convenience on arrival and departure. You also have access to a communal laundry room, which makes your stay comfortable even on longer holidays.

Just 5 minutes on foot and you are on idyllic hiking trails, cross-country ski runs or in the enchanting forest. In winter, the region offers 350 kilometres of pistes for skiers and snowboarders and 220 km of groomed cross-country ski trails.
