The charming 3.5-room attic apartment with a living area of 90 m² is located in a single-family house and offers the perfect retreat for your vacation in the picturesque Upper Engadin. The apartment stands out for its sunny and very quiet location, making it ideal for fully enjoying the stunning mountain landscape. Shops and the nearest bus stop are within close proximity, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

The apartment is invitingly furnished with local Swiss stone pine wood and accommodates up to four adults. It features two cozy double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living area is equipped with a television, radio, and telephone, and free Wi-Fi is available. The sunny balcony invites you to relax. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee). Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes, kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
