Large double bedroom with 2 single beds and spacious wardrobe on the gallery (carpeted floor) accessible via an internal staircase. The gallery has a skylight that can be opened in summer. The flat offers free WLAN and Swisscom TV. The flat also has a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a generous inventory. The kitchen is separate and equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee machine. In the entrance area (floorboards) there is an open wardrobe with cupboard. The bathroom has a shower with glass walls, WC and washbasin.
Since spring 2023 the flat is climate-neutral heated with geothermal energy!

Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

The mountain railway to Marguns, which leads directly to the glamorous mountain and ski area of St. Moritz Corviglia, and the extensive network of cross-country ski trails in the Upper Engadine are in the immediate vicinity.
