Welcome to our newly renovated, bright and quiet holiday flat, which is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on the 1st floor in the tranquil Seglias district. This 2 1/2 room flat not only offers you a sheltered balcony and lift access, but also promises you a stay full of comfort and style.

Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob and an oven are at your disposal. The living room is furnished in cosy Engadine style with an inviting seating area, a pull-out sofa, an armchair, small set tables and a bookshelf - the ideal place to relax.
