This house, with its beautiful stone walls, is located on a fenced plot. The 130 m² house offers enough space for seven people. You enter the house through the two-level entrance gate, typical of the area. From the rustic exterior, you enter the modern interior. A coat rack and a built-in wardrobe in the hallway are available for storing jackets and other clothes you don't need often. A chest can be used to store games, rackets and balls. Next, you enter the shared living/dining room with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the basic amenities, it offers all modern appliances (stainless steel), such as oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and even washing machine. Make yourself comfortable in the living room, on the various sofas and armchairs, and enjoy watching TV. The wood-burning cooker, which runs on environmentally friendly pellets, adds to the comfort. Finally, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. This room includes a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Next to it there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a TV, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. This room has a small terrace. All rooms are equipped with radiators for cold nights. Parquet floors and insulated windows enhance the high quality of this house.
Gavin belongs to the municipality of Biescas. In Biescas, about three kilometres away, there are shops, swimming pool, sports field, fronton and children's playground.
An extra guest can be accommodated on request. An extra bed is provided. Bed linen, towels, table linen and kitchen utensils are provided.
