Spend your holiday in an exclusive holiday villa in an idyllic and quiet location, yet only a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Tenerife and many tourist hotspots.
The villa has a pool for your exclusive use, heated of course. A modern gas barbecue is available for your barbecue. The terraces, the balcony and the pool area invite you to linger on many comfortable seating areas and offer you a great view of the Atlantic Ocean as far as the neighbouring island of La Gomera.
Our house has a total of 5 bedrooms including modern fitted wardrobes. Four of them are located on the 1st floor, as well as 2 luxurious bathrooms. One bedroom, including washing facilities and toilet, is located on the ground floor. The living area consists of a very spacious lounge including dining area and open-plan American kitchen. The exclusive kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer, blender and toaster, offers you comprehensive self-catering options. A washing machine is available in a utility room. Laundry service (washing, drying, ironing) is available for an extra charge.
The villa is ideal for a holiday with friends, your family celebration or your company event. Due to its location in a villa area, it is less suitable for stag and hen parties.
Our house is located in the villa village of Chayofa, which is centrally located in the south of Tenerife. Tennis and padel courts, the Las Aguilas Jungle Park, which is suitable for young and old, as well as restaurants and bars with a Canarian and Cuban ambience are just a few minutes' walk away. The Siam Park water park, the Siam Mall shopping centre, the tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas and countless beautiful Atlantic beaches are just 3 or 5 minutes away by car. The picturesque Bahia del Duque beach deserves special mention. Do you play golf? There are 5 courses in the immediate vicinity. The hiking paradises around the Pico del Teide, the Chinyero, Vilaflor, Ifonche and the Barranco del Infierno are only a few minutes away by car.
