The small country house is situated on the finca with over 20,000 sqm with olive and almond trees, in the mountains of Finestrat, directly below the mountain Puig Campana, which with its 1406m is the landmark of the region, nestled in the wild romantic valley El Realet, about 5 km from the centre of Finestrat.
The outdoor area of approx. 500 square metres consists of a garden, a wooden house for storage, several terraces with seating where you can always find shade or sun, a barbecue with a small outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and, of course, your own private pool.
The house has a living area of approx. 70 square metres and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room with satellite TV and radio as well as WLAN Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, 4-ring hob, oven, fridge, freezer, hoover, etc., as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the living room, fans are available in all rooms. The house is completely non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors!
A place of peace and quiet, for relaxing or for various activities. Right on the doorstep you have a circular hiking trail of approx. 6.5 km, ideal for Nordic walking, jogging, cycling or simply going for a walk. In the immediate vicinity there are other routes for mountain biking or hiking trails of varying difficulty and length. 1.5 to 6 hours which also go up to the summit of Puig Campana at 1408m, from where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view, on a clear day as far as Ibiza, and there are also various opportunities for cliff climbing. The distance to the beach is approx. 12 km, to the village approx. 5 km.
