Private parking place for at least 1 car is provided for each house. The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio and furniture. The large patio has an al fresco dining area and a BBQ.
It has uninterrupted sea views a pool and a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.
The villa counts approx. 100 m² split in two main levels and an attic, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 w.c with a shower, plus the attic as a third bedroom. Entering the villa the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms .There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic. Staircase leads down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower. From the main level, an open staircase leads up to the attic ,as a third bedroom with two single beds.
Agios Nikitas village is only 600m away on the endless blue west coast of Lefkada island. The village nestles around the bay in a beautiful area full of olive groves and enchanting landscapes. Traditional architecture and local amenities include fresh fish tavernas, restaurants, cafe-bars, ATM, car rentals, bus stop and the beautiful Saint Nikitas’ church. These can all be found on the stone paved pedestrian street, which provides an endless Ionian horizon view with its crystalline waters and picturesque sandy beach.
