The newly renovated Byblos holiday villa is located in the popular city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete. While this elegant Greek vacation rental is close to many popular beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, the Byblos luxury villa is also the ideal setting for a sumptuous, exclusive holiday.
This Crete villa is in the renowned holiday region of Rethymno and has a unique style, combining traditional elements with modern elegance. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its main house, 2 maisonettes, and a small studio. Originally established in the 17th century, the villa has recently been renovated to ensure that guests enjoy the perfect Greek holiday experience. The 2 living rooms at Byblos Villa are stylishly furnished with modern, comfortable seating, satellite TV and it’s a cast iron stove, it’s not made of stone. There is a uniquely styled dining room with ample seating for guests and elegant lighting. The kitchen comprises contemporary décor and is equipped with a 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, orange juicer, and Nespresso machine. The holiday accommodation has 4 double bedrooms (1 super king-size bed, 1 king-size and 2 mezzazine style with 1 double bed and 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and share an outdoor terrace. The double bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom available. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The outside entertainment area of the villa boasts the only swimming pool in the old town of Rethymno, as well as a beautiful, private rooftop garden with a relaxing seating area. Furthermore, the villa offers a gas BBQ grill for guests to use and outdoor dining furniture. There is a secure parking area for visitors just 150m away from the villa.Byblos Villa offers a generous welcome pack and encourages guests to enjoy all the luxuries on offer at the residence to ensure an unforgettable Greek holiday experience.
Important Notice :
-Parking with payment 150 meters away
-Heating for the fireplace and wood stove, extra charge.
-Due to the fact that the property is located in the middle of the old town of Rethymnon, there are specific hours of which you must keep the noise down. These are from 3pm to 5-30pm and from 11-30pm and onwards.

Byblos Villa is in the ancient city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete, Greece. Popular Rethymno tourist attractions include walking the cobbled streets of the old town, visiting local trade stalls, the remarkable Venetian harbor, and the Rethymno Lighthouse, built in the 1830s. Archeological sites to visit include the Rimondi Fountain and the 16th-century Paleokastro fortress, as well as the renowned Archaeological Museum of Rethymno. Porta Guora, at the south end of the old town, is the last remaining part of the historic city walls. The Historical & Folk Art Museum of Rethymno is also a must-see while visiting the island. Further afield (36 kilometers south of Rethymno) is the gorgeous Preveli beach, nestled below the Preveli Monastery. Chania International Airport is 66km and Heraklion International Airport is 85km. Nearby restaurants include Syn-trofi (50m), Raki Ba Raki (210m), Asteras Cafeneio (220m), and Avli (230m). There are also bars and a bakery within 100m of the holiday rental. There are a hospital 850m away and a pharmacy 600m from the villa. The nearest fuel station is 1.5km away, while public transport (bus station) is available just 400m from Byblos Villa.

Paiement de la totalité du séjour par carte bancaire.

Conditions d'annulation

Conditions d'annulation qui s'appliquent pour cette location de vacances. Des frais seront retenus en fonction du délai entre la date d’annulation et le début du séjour (date d'arrivée prévue) selon le barème ci-dessous :

Plus de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée : Annulation gratuite (Remboursement de l'acompte).
Entre 59 et 29 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 50 % du prix du séjour.
Entre 28 et 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 80 % du prix du séjour.
Dans les 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 100 % du prix du séjour.

Le prix total de la réservation est facturé si l’annulation est notifiée plus tard que le 2ème jour avant le début du séjour ou de non-présentation.

Dans tous les cas, l’annulation devra être d’abord communiquée par téléphone et confirmée ensuite par écrit (courrier ou email).

Les annulations SANS FRAIS (hors frais de dossier et assurance) sont uniquement possibles si vous souscrivez à l'assurance annulation gratuite, qui vous permet d'être couverts en cas de maladie grave, hospitalisation, décès... à condition de fournir un justificatif.
