The outdoor area (900 m2) is dominated by the wonderful swimming pool (32 m2), the well-kept lawn, the flower garden and the beautiful panorama. The outdoor terrace has a large table for 8 persons and a barbecue. There are 8 deck chairs available for guests and 2 parasols. You can also find bicycles at your disposal and a badminton court adjacent to the house.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need; oven, stove, dishes, dishwasher, freezer, etc. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, as are the 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has an artistic touch 'so to speak', located on the first floor of the house, in the gallery, in front of a lovely balcony where you can spend romantic evenings..In addition, the villa has one more floor where you will find the third bathroom, an equally well-equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV and sofa bed, relaxation room with karaoke and gym equipment.

Only 2.5km away is the centre of Novigrad, a beautiful fishing town. Here you will find various beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.
The Istralandia water park is 4km away.

Please note that the holiday house can only be reached via an unpaved pathway (50 m long). Six bicycles are available free of charge. In addition, you will find a travel cot for small children and a high chair in the house, but please request these in advance.
