The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, a TV, wireless Internet access, terrace furniture, towels, a toaster, a kettle, a table, clean bed linen etc. Note that you must bring your own beach and pool towels. A supplementary bed can be provided for a child.

The Villefranche old town, about a ten-minute walk away, has many grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, bars and souvenir shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the residence with good connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus lines 100 and 81, every 10 to 15 minutes). You can also explore the whole of the Cote d’Azur by car. There is a private parking space available. The train station is about a 6-minute walk away, with connections to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St. Tropez and Marseilles.
