Great time at the Villa Family : (+) : So many outdoor facilities for the children to enjoy, especially the pool and the trampoline. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking spaces - a really comfortable place to stay. Well looked after by Antonio the owner and Natalie from Cubo's. Location really good for walking in to the local town and enjoying local restaurants etc. and good for exploring the area.
(-) : A few books for children in English might be helpful - but that might be difficult given the wide range of possible ages so might not be practical. Otherwise really hard to think of anything to improve.

(+) : Et fantastisk hus og skøn, børnevenlig og hyggelig have med lækker pool .. vores familie med 5 voksne og 2 børn på 2 og 3 år har haft en fantastisk ferie i “ villa Family” .. total afslapning for alle .. børnene kunne rende frit uden vi skulle passe på de løb væk.. masser af aktiviteter til leg for både små , lidt ældre og voksne… stedet er virkelig børnevenligt. Huset var rummeligt, godt indrettet, pænt og meget rent og oprydelig. Det indeholdt alt hvad vi havde brug for … fantastiske leve rum og dejlig udekøkken . Alt var i skønneste orden både inde og ude . Værten Antonio.. var utrolig hjælpsom , imødekommende og altid til stede ved behov … vi følte os hjemme . Bestemt et hus vi kan anbefale .

(+) : I've stayed in many s over the years and this is without a doubt the best one ever. The layout of the house was great for families. There was plenty of space for us to be together and also to have quiet time apart. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the beds were comfortable. I don't usually sleep well away from home - but I slept incredibly well here. The amenities were amazing. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. We were able to pick lemons, figs, and avocados in the yard! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor lounge spaces. The laundry worked well and there were restaurants and grocery stores near by. We can't wait to come back!

Nice stay : (+) : We had a lot of fun staying in villa Family. The kids loved the house so much. There was so much to do.
The pool had lots of toys.
Also everything was nearby. If we wanted to go to figuerolla or mallaga. It was 30 min drive. The house was in a save neighbourhood.
There are manny halal foodplaces to eat , buy meat and order. So that was nice.
And the owner is really friendly. We had many wesps. So he came and fixed it.
And everything works fine. Every room had airco.
The kids didn’t wanna go although we stayed for 2 weeks. It is a real house for family’s with little childeren. But also the childeren who are 13 en 17 enjoyed there time so much there.

(-) : Only thing what i recomend to improve is maintanece.
Everything in the house is nice and works good. But outside some chairs and the sofa are “fixed” and the pool tiles fell out easy. But everything else was oke.

(+) : We were a family of 6 which included an 8 month old baby and a 2 year old toddler. Great outside space for children with lots to keep them entertained with the added bonus of the outdoor seating area with tv and bbq. Some of the toys are a little worn but that didn’t bother our granddaughter.All in all a great base for a family holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Family. : (+) : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Family. We were a mixed age group, with three generations holidaying together. The house was perfect. There were so many things for our three year old grand daughter to do, that I was sure the adults would get some relaxation. We were met at the villa by Carmen, from Cubo's, who gave us a wonderful welcome. The house was very well prepared and spacious, with everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, and the whole place was spotless. The outside gas barbecue was a welcome addition, and the covered seating area was our favourite place to relax. There was also a traditional barbecue in the beautiful garden, which was surrounded by fruit trees. We all loved the pool, which was very safe. There were countless toys and activities for the children. Thanks go to the owner, Antonio, who was so attentive, and gave us lots of useful information during our stay. We would love to return again some day.

Sin duda alguna una villa en la que te relajas y disfrutas al 100%. : (+) : Perfecta para ir con niños, pues encuentras desde una canasta de baloncesto hasta un campo de fútbol o un rocódromo.
Está perfectamente acomodada tanto para ir en invierno como en verano, tiene muchas alternativas. Si en fotos parece bonita y acogedora, en persona más. Limpieza y orden asegurado.
Además está muy bien situada, tiene el centro del pueblo a menos de 2 minutos en coche.
La atención de los dueños inmejorable siempre atentos a todo detalle!

(+) : We absolutely loved our holiday here. We had 6 adults and 4 children aged 1,3,5 and 9 and there was something for everyone. The villa itself is beautiful, large enough for our full family with plenty of seating spaces indoors and out. The children adored the garden space and we loved the safety of it as it is fully fenced with locked private gate and the pool door is locked also. We hope to return again for another family holiday!

Ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. : (+) : Desde la llegada la cordialidad de los propietarios y su disposición, hacen que te sientas cómodo. Se nota cuando un propietario está en la onda y entiende lo que significa el turismo.
El descanso en las habitaciones fue muy bueno, las estancias comunes y los exteriores de sobra para poder tener tu ratito de intimidad con un libro mientras que los leones juegan en la piscina o con los juegos y juguetes que hay preparados. Sin duda el alojamiento perfecto para familias. Gracias por todo!!!

Vacaciones inolvidables!!!! : (+) : las fotos de la casa nos encantaron para pasar las vacaciones con los niños y cuando llegamos a la casa nos gustó aún más. En la casa tienen todos los detalles e instalaciones súper cuidadas, y no nos faltó de nada. Los niños tienen de todo: piscina, cama elástica, campo de fútbol, columpios, bicicletas, canasta, futbolín, billar.... el dueño, Antonio, es súper amable, está pendiente durante toda la estancia y ayuda con lo que necesites 😀

(+) : This is a Lovely villa, our grandchildren had a great time. Villa is in a quiet location down a lane off the main road. It is an uphill walk into the main part of the town, which can take 20 to 30 minutes. We felt safe and the communication with the owner was a nice touch.

Lo pasamos genial en Villa Family. : (+) : Si pudiese, le pondría 6 estrellas. Tiene todo para estar a gusto y cómodos en familia (numerosa!). Es un sitio súper bien equipado en todo sentido. Todo funciona y todo está limpio. Fuimos, además de los adultos, mis dos hijos y dos sobrinas y también lo pasaron genial con todas las cosas que tenían para hacer en el jardín. Nos pudimos olvidar de ellos unos largos ratos, porque además está todo hecho muy seguro. En la parrilla en la terraza de abajo preparamos comida deliciosa que disfrutamos muchos días al sol de la tarde. Las habitaciones también muy limpias y cómodas. La chimenea, perfecta para el fresco de la tarde-noche. Al mínimo problema que pudimos tener, Antonio, el dueño, nos ayudó amablemente, y siempre estuvo pendiente de que estuviésemos bien. Además está bien ubicada, a tiro de piedra de Málaga y otras ciudades de la bella Andalucía. La recomendamos a todos los que quieran pasar unos ricos días en familia en la zona.

(+) : This Villa was incredible and is absolutely perfect for families looking for a quiet holiday in the sun. There is plenty to do on the Villa itself (Pool, Table Tennis, Basketball, Football, Swings, Trampolines, Hammocks etc.)We dealt with 3 people throughout the stay and all of them couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. They are always quick to respond and offer some local recommendations.We went in April and the pool was a bit too cold for the kids, as it isn’t heated, but there is a kids pool they could use too. There are some small improvements that could be made, the oven is a bit awkward to use as it slides out rather than pulls down and takes a bit of getting used to. The foosball table has also seen better days, so a new one would be nice. Overall you won’t be disappointed with this choice though, the weather was incredible, the house was clean and well equipped, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. It’s certainly a place I’d recommend to stay!

(+) : Such a great house! Our 2 year old had the time of her life in the big garden, and our 8 month old baby was happy too. The inventory is super complete and communication is very good. Only minor thing is that surrounding area is not great for walking, you need to drive a short while to get there, no big issue. Other than that GREAT

(+) : This home is the perfect holiday spot for those with young children. We had 2 families- 4 adults and 4 children (ages 7,7,4 and 3). The children rarely wanted to leave the villa and anytime we did, they just wanted to return! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better in real life. There are so many areas to play and relax around the property. The pool is not heated but it was fine for us and the kids in early October. The indoor and outdoor kitchens have everything you could need. This really is a home away from home. With children, you would definitely need a car here to get around. It is about 35 minutes from Malage airport. The property itself is a good 20 minute walk to the centre of the town. There is a large supermarket in the town and many shops and restaurants. We did a day trip to Cala de Mijas (30 mins away), beautiful town but beach a bit stony for kids. We also went to Fuengerola to the shopping mall and went go karting which the kids loved. Every afternoon was spent back in the villa at the pool and playing in the garden. There are tvs with netflix and YouTube in most rooms. If you are looking for a relaxed break away with children this is an ideal location. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the many bars and restaurants in the tourist resorts. A real authentic experience of what a typical spanish town is like. Antonio was a wonderful host. He was only a quick text away and was so friendly and courteous in his response. We'd love to return!

(+) : Perfektes Haus für Familienferien! Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Kinder: eine riesige Auswahl an Spielsachen, Pool für die Kleinsten, Rutschbahn, … und auch den Erwachsenen hat‘s gefallen. Sehr gemütlich, praktische Outdoorküche und sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und vom Platz war‘s perfekt.

Very safe environment for little ones with security gates to the front of the property and a gate to the pool. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed plus more besides. (+) : We had a fantastic weeks holiday at the villa with family. From booking to check in everything was handled professionally with all the necessary information supplied that we needed. The villa and gardens are lovely, quiet and safe especially for small ones to play in with the swimming pool being gated also. There is so much to do at the villa for children and adults alike that you don’t really need to venture out much if you don’t want to. Given the hot weather the outdoor kitchen and dining area was where we spent most of the evenings eating, drinking, playing games and enjoying family time together. The villa inside was cool and very comfortable with all the facilities that we needed. Antonio was on hand by WhatsApp if there was anything that we needed which was very much appreciated. The town was a short distance away for supermarkets and had many nice restaurants for a night out. Overall we had an amazing time and would throughly recommend anyone booking the family villa. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so special.

(+) : We had such a fabulous stay in the Cubo Villa Family - the villa is amazing, large, with 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 10), and wonderful air conditioning! The WiFi was brilliant, no complaints at all. The activities for the children outside cannot be praised enough! As well as the pool, there are swings, trampoline, table tennis, see-saw, “den”, table football, climbing wall, basketball hoop, ride-on vehicles and bikes, and football pitch! The children were NEVER bored, and that makes for happy parents!! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, dishes etc. We loved cooking “a la plancha” outside. Would definitely recommend hiring a car - although the Mercadona is only 0.8miles away, it’s uphill which is a HOT walk in the heat. Although we hoped to use taxis, Alhaurin el Grande is really a small town, so difficult to find a taxi for short trips.

(+) : This villa is setup for the family, there are so many different gamesfacilities to keep kids occupied and a large secure compound i.e. the boundary of the property. Our grandkids really enjoyed both the freedom to explore and the vast range of toys, games and equipment available both outside and in the house. The sanctuary of the Lanai and also the upper terrace was great for a bit of peace and quiet. It is also worth mentioning that the view from the upper floor is spectacular. A lovely villa that the whole family can and will enjoy, within very easy reach of a handful of small characterful towns as well as the tourist spots. Lastly the host, Antonio was extremely helpful and responded quickly and helpfully to the couple of requests we made.

(+) : We had a really great time staying here. The house and the grounds are beautiful and everything was spotless when we arrived. Check-in was very smooth and the owner, Antonio, was in contact during our stay to make sure everything was going wellif we have any questions. The location is a good base to explore this part of Spain with plenty of towns and cities worth visiting within a reasonable driving distance and the local town has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Amazing family Villa! : (+) : This Villa was perfect for our family of 5 with children aged 9, 6 and 2 and there really was something there for everyone. My Brother also stayed here and we had family who live in Alhaurin visit us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The photos online really do show everything this Villa has to offer but to name more than a few, my children particularly enjoyed the table tennis, basketball, football pitch, swimming pool, scooters and bikes (and a huge driveway to ride them in) and swings, playhouse and slide in the garden (which my 2 year old referred to as the park!). They also loved relaxing in the hammocks! The outdoor living area was perfect and also had tv and stereo all set up and easy to use. We did all of our cooking on the outdoor grill. This Villa had every utensil you could need in the kitchen plus a huge fridge and seperate huge freezer. The Cubo’s staff were fantastic, meeting us at the agreed time and always responding quickly to e mails prior to our visit. The owner Antonio was amazing! He whatsapped us before our visit with so many helpful details about the Villa. He even recommended a taxi firm when we asked. The main town is a 20 minute walk uphill or a 3 minute drive, but an easier stroll downhill on the way back. But we didn’t venture out much as we had everything we needed and more at the Villa. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Cubo’s and Antonio for everything.

A great stay in a great place! : (+) : This villa is a great and private place for a family holiday. We enjoyed our visit of one week with grandparents, children and grandchildren (9 persons). There is plenty room for everyone in the house and in the beautiful garden. The house has a big and well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There are plenty playgrounds, toys and sports utilities for the children and a nice swimming pool. Everybody can find his own (quiet) place in that garden.
There are also many TV's and a PS3 with games, so everybody can enjoy the way he or she likes. The owner Antonio is a very helpful person. When we had a little problem with the shower, he immediately solved our problem. We can really recommend this villa! Whatever you decide: We had a great stay!

(+) : This property is perfect for families of all age groups. Our family group ranged from 6 months to 53 years and all age groups in between and the villa exceeded everyone’s expectations. Places to relax, games and activities, facilities and commodities provided just made the whole stay easy, enjoyable and the perfect place to spend a long awaited week together. Information provided and communication throughout was outstanding as well as the patience and understanding from the owner when we needed to reschedule dates 3 times due to COVID restrictions! With traditional Spanish rustic charm, we can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

(+) : We had a wonderful time at Antonio's house! We and our friends (with 2 toddlers) were visiting the Villa for 2.5 weeks. I think that this place is just perfect for children, and especially toddlers! Firstly, it is full of different toys and different options for activities (everything is exactly as on the pictures). Besides, what is also very important - is is very safe for children! Special thanks for the fenced swimming pool :)What was also great for us - that shops could be reached by feet, as we didn't have a car and calling taxi for everytime we needed shopping, wasn't the best idea (just in casev- Uber doesn't work there).The house and the garden we very clean when we arrived, and Antonio also proposed cleaning the garden during our stay.Antonio was very supportive and helped us in all cases. He also recommended us another guy, Juan, who was helping us to go around the village in case of necessity.I would definitely recommend this place for families with children! And I hope to stay at this house again ).

Family time in Villa family : (+) : We liked the huge garden. Especially for kids is a very beautiful place with everything you need. We spent time in December and enjoyed the fresh lemons and oranges which you just collect in the garden. The pool was separated with an extra door. (Good for small kids)
We liked the inside of the house as well. Everyone had there own private area and bathroom.
The fridge was huge and there is an extra freezer.

The contact with the owner of the house was good and not complicated.

The house is surrounded by walls and it's a very quite area, so perfect for a week of relaxing time with family.
We definitely recommend that place.
(-) : We didn't find proper dishcloths or tabs for the dishwasher or washing machine.
We bought them ourselves.
We think such stuff should be around.
The coffee machine was very slow and the pad machine was giving cold coffee.

Elle est spacieuse et implantée sur un grand terrain bien aménagé pour les enfants et proche du village, mais sans en avoir les inconvénients. Elle est bien équipée et ne souffre d',aucun manque particulier. L',équipement de la cuisine est complet. La literie est ferme mais correspondait bien à nos goûts. De nombreux jeux et jouets permettent d’occuper et de divertir les enfants. Le propriétaire est sympathique et serviable, toujours prompt à rendre service. En résumé, un bon choix pour des vacances familiales.

Beautiful Villa : (+) : Very well equipt villa with fantastic outside space, the outdoor seating and kitchen is lovely on sunny days. We didnt really use the living area in the villa as the outside space was perfect for the hot weather. .
I would also like to say a personal thankyou to both juan and antonio for making our stay problem free and for always being on hand when we needed something. The water, snaks, coffee etc on arrival was very thoughtful and we will be returning.

Amazing property : (+) : 5 of us stayed there for 2 weeks and the property was better than the pictures. We had everything we needed and the town was only a short walk away, the villa was immaculate and well placed. None of us in my party wanted to leave, It was private and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone. A fantastic stay and thank you to our host Antonio who was very helpful. We are looking forward to returning.

Everything brilliant! : (+) : “Villa Family is an amazing villa (or "mansion" as our 9 year old grandson referred to it) which made our family holiday so much better. There was everything a kidadult could want to play with in the garden, which was flat, easily accessed from the house and completely secure thanks to the huge gate at the front. This meant adults could relax, cook, tidy up etc... knowing kids were safe and happy. No one got bored all week, despite barely leaving the villa. This also saved us money on unnecessary excursions and ice creams etc. We filled the (huge) fridge & freezer cheaply from supermarkets then sat back and relaxed. There was a lovely small pool and sun terrace, although only the children really used the pool as it was pretty chilly (not heated). The outdoor kitchen was superb and a brilliant space as it meant the cooks never felt left outstuck indoors. The kitchen was very well equipped and of a good size with plenty of table and chair space indoors and outdoors for everyone (including a high chair). Indoor and outdoor towels were provided and the beds all had lovely duvets on. 4 bathrooms in total meant no queuing for toilets and showers and the whole villa was lovely and spacious. There is also a utility room with washing machine which was fantastic with kids! We had an important light bulb go during our stay, a quick call to Antonio (the owner) and he was there within an hour repairing it, absolutely wonderful service. We expected to need the car to get into town but actually, it was only a 15 minute (uphill) walk there (slightly quicker home thanks to gravity). Alhaurin el Grande wasn't somewhere we'd hear of before, but I'm pretty sure we'll return. It was a lovely town, very friendly and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, without being the tourist trap that the coastal areas often are. We were here for Halloween and boy did this town put on a show! The town centre was transformed with actors, haunted houses, kids tricktreating, spooky music and arts and crafts for the kids. All free of charge! A wonderful family break was enjoyed and the facilities of the "mansion" made everything brilliant!”

It was a fantastic holiday : (+) : This is crazy, nothing is missing. Our children enjoyed it and were busy with the many games and the beautiful pool. We were 4 adults and 3 children (5, 5, 3) and we felt very comfortable. The contact with both the agency and the owner was uncomplicated. On requestsquestions on our part was reacted immediately. The outdoor kitchen was used by us twice a day and in the evening we sat outside comfortably. We can only recommend the house. We will definitely come back, as there is still much to do in the region! Thanks to the landlord and Antonio!

(+) : Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Das ist der Wahnsinn, es fehlt an nichts. Unsere Kinder haben es genossen und waren mit den zahlreichen Spielmöglichkeiten und dem schönen Pool beschäftigt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (5, 5, 3) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt sowohl zur Agentur, als auch zum Eigentümer, war unkompliziert. Auf Wünsche oder Fragen unsererseits wurde sofort reagiert. Die Außenküche wurde durch uns zweimal täglich genutzt und abends saßen wir gemütlich draußen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, da es in der Region noch viel zu erleben gibt! Danke an den Vermieter und Antonio!

A very nice place for family and friends : (+) : Cozy, well equipped house, with great garden, pool and patio. We spent a week there with kids and the house was so nice that most of the time we even did not want to go somewhere, just relax at home :) But in case we wanted to go somewhere - airport, Malaga, Mijas and other towns are very close, so are grocery stores etc for everyday shopping. Recommend!

Villa de rêve ! : (+) : Très spacieuse, la villa est très circulaire. Elle est équipée pour adulte et enfant. Le jardin est agréable sans vis à vis. Le jardin est assez grand. Ses citronniers par milliers . Piscine un peu petite. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Près de toutes commerces et restaurant sont à 5mn. Un peu loin de la côte et de malaga (30mn).
Mais que dire des propriétaires...Antonio est magique ! Il répond à toutes nos demande et à n’importe quel heure ! Merci pour tout et je reviendrais sans hésiter
(-) : Équiper plus la cuisine . Il manquait un peu de vaisselles et d’ustensile de cuisine ( casserole, spatules )

Le paradis tout confort : (+) : Une maison grande, tout confort, très propre, très bien équipée. Parfaite aussi pour les enfants avec beaucoup de jeux, un accès à Netflix.
L'odeur des citronniers en fleurs a été le bonus !
Bien située pour rayonner sur l'Andalousie et Alhaurin el grande est une ville agréable avec tous les commerces.

The evenings were a bit cold in January but the owner was quick to show us where to get wood and how the fireplace worked. Good location for road biking - close to the mountains, and also good for more touristy things and the beach.

We will really go back and want to rate this villa with a well deserved 10 : (+) : We have used the ‘Villa Family’ in October 2018 with six adults for a family reunite holiday.
The welcome and service were excellent. Good guidance, explanation and care. We also quickly got a WhatsApp from the owner who also offered his service and help.

Closed -parking lot- with automatic gate, beautiful entrance and lovely rooms.

The villa is really equipped with all amenities and luxury. Very clean, extensive kitchen facilities both inside and outside. A great well maintained garden with many different possibilities to sit and lie and nice pool.
We had some rain, but the covered terrace brought a nice solution even in the evening. Every space was provide with televisions. And the WiFi worked perfect.
Although we were with adults we noticed that this is really a family house with also for small children many many possibilities such as play tools, a small soccer field, basket, etc etc.

In a few day’s after we left we had our deposit back.

We will really go back and want to rate this villa with a well deserved 10.

Fantastische villa Ideaal voor familie met kinderen!! : (+) : Wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen en hebben volop genoten van het goede weer en de ruime villa. Vooral veel gebruik gemaakt van het grote overdekte terras met bakplaat en de tuin met meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden om te kunnen relaxen en spelen. Geweldig verblijf gehad!!
